“Rikers: An American Jail,” is a Bill Moyers Documentary that looks at the horrible conditions suffered by some of those incarcerated at the New York City jail. Moyers will discuss the documentary and prison reform, along with Scott Decker, a Foundation Professor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Arizona State University, and James Hamm, a former inmate who now works for prisoners’ rights.
