The Arizona Legislature is proposing a flat-tax that would greatly cut State revenue, which would greatly reduce "shared" revenue to Arizona municipalities. 100 years ago today, White residents of Tulsa, Oklahoma looted, burned and bombed a section of the city occupied by successful African Americans. OSIRIS-REx is a spacecraft that travelled 5-years to reach an asteroid named Bennu.
