Since Governor Ducey’s moratorium on evictions, property owners haven't had any income from their rental properties. Senate Bill 1070 was enacted 10 years ago, and it allowed officers to ask anyones legal status if they suspected them of being in the country illegally. The Invest in Ed Initiative was thrown off the November ballot because the judge ruled that the summary language was misleading.
