About 90% of travelers are expected to drive

Nearly 1.3 million New Jerseyans are expected to head out of town for Thanksgiving, according to AAA, which says that number is just shy of the pre-pandemic total in 2019, a record year for travel. While many people have chosen to fly to their destinations, experts say 90% of travelers are driving.
