COVID-19 cases are on the rise in Arizona. It's not a dramatic increase but the numbers are not going in the right direction. The pandemic is making for additional challenges for children in foster care. Those challenges extend to caregivers and families in the foster care system. With help from a Department of Justice grant, an ASU researcher is working on new tools to identify border crossers.
