More than 1700 law professors signed a letter to the Senate expressing their concerns over Kavanaugh's nomination. We'll be joined by ASU Law Professor Paul Bender, who was among those who signed the letter. We’ll hear from Democratic State Mine Inspector candidate Bill Pierce in a show sponsored by the Citizens Clean Elections Commission. Republican candidate, Joe Hart, declined to participate.
