Republican analyst Bill McCoshen says Democrats will lose their majority in the House, leaving them with an “unmanageable majority.” Democratic analyst Scot Ross, on the other hand, says that a Democratic presidential nominee will win over all 10 electoral college votes leading to a new Democratic President in 2021.
