I mean, if you know anything about high school baseball in the state of Arkansas, you know about the Woodlawn Bears.

This is a team.

That has been good for a really, really long time.

Yeah with Coach, would Tommy Richardson is done with this program.

10 state Finals appearances, including Today six state championships.

Handful in just the last couple of years.

They are loaded 32 and three on the season.

Will talk about the specific numbers when they coming up in just a few minutes, but talk about a program that he built and he got to the top of small school baseball.

That's the pinnacle.

As for Southside Bee Branch, the Hornets are 27 and 9 this year.

Gus Hall is going to be on the mound.

He's a 7 and he's got something to record with a 2.41 ERA.

100 strikeouts this year for Gus Holland and he's only walked.

Sports is so important to the state and the fabric of the state, and I appreciate Arkansas, PBS doing all the state title games and that makes it available for not just the fans in Central Arkansas, South Arkansas.

To explore the culture and innovation of small towns across the state of Arkansas turned in for Arkansas, we can find us online.

You know, I think sports are really big to a lot of people, and because it is so important.

Part of our fabric in our community and one good thing about what I've seen is it's high quality production.

You know, you think of the small communities all over Arkansas.

It's a big deal that they can turn on the TV or DVR or whatever, and they're going to quality product.

And so I think it just expands the focus of what PBS is doing in Arkansas.

PBS is doing a great job and I think it's part of education.

Back here, every field in Benton, 2 twos are score between Woodlawn and South Side or Jayhawk along with Bobby Swofford as it's 2A state title game between Woodlawn and South Side and Pretty Good Game so far.

Bobby could ask then we expected it, you know.

Early Woodlawn struck first that first inning took advantage of a little erratic pitching.

From Southside Branch Gus Hollands, scratch across 2 but Holland settled in, and now the Bee branch bats kind of started to come to life of late.

They've got a chance to tack on a couple more here.

Maybe get something going after scoring two in the third two runs on three hits for Woodlawn.

Two runs on four hits for Southside.

As we start at the bottom of the fourth inning.

So do up for South Side.

They will have with Hall and Andrew Raines.
