Neo-soul/R&B singer-songwriter Lolly Mariah takes the "Detroit Performs: Live from Marygrove" stage at the Marygrove Theatre to perform her two original songs "Ankhle" and "Peace Motive." Mariah, born Natalie Mariah Tolbert, blends sounds of jazz, soul and electric fusion into her music and takes inspiration from other R&B/Soul greats like Billie Holiday, Erykah Badu, Lauryn Hill, and more.
