Phoenix area housing sales have gone up about 22%, learn why. The city of Glendale recently hired a new police chief, Rick St. John. We’ll hear from St. John about his policing philosophy, which emphasizes community policing. Fiesta Mall in Mesa has seen better days, but the mall will be revived as a campus for community colleges and for profit schools. Mesa Mayor John Giles will tell us more.
