We explore Tallahassee through the seasons on Lake Elberta and in the Munson Sandhills.
The WFSU EcoCitizen project explores two locations. One is an urban park, Lake Elberta. Here, Apalachee Audubon is enhancing habitat for birds and pollinators. In the Munson Sandhills region of the Apalachicola National Forest, citizen scientists helping researchers study sensitive animal species. As both groups work, we see seasons change and affect the plants and animals of Tallahassee.
