New Hampshire law has been changed to add concern about Covid-19 as a reason to request an absentee ballot. Registered voters can also vote by mail. The change came about over safety concerns around in-person voting. Attorney Bradford Cook is Chairman of the State Ballot Law Commission and recently chaired the Select Committee on 2020 Emergency Election Procedures.
