Former New York Times reporter Fernanda Santos has penned a column outlining the fear she has for her and her daughter after the shooting in El Paso where the shooter was targeting immigrants. A proposed ballot measure that would cap interest on car title loans at 36%. Arizona’s first solar co-op has been formed in the Phoenix area’s East Valley to save money and make going solar easier.
