Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorshipforeign [Music] for this film was actually a sequence in the film sicario 2 it's a single long take and it was just building tension and tension and tension non-stop so that the moment I saw that film that was the one takeaway scene that basically stayed with me food and drinks especially watered a crew and cast well fed goes a long way the same Mauricio trabanino that is our composer the main element that I was focusing on from the moment that I wrote the film because I was envisioning a specific soundtrack a specific score if you strip the music away from the film it doesn't pack the extra punch um that it is meant to deliver to be in sync parallels and dualities that would be Christopher Nolan and David Fincher how we bonded everyone casting Crews gorgeous team players to the very end so yeah that was definitely special and Bittersweet by the end of the shoot without a Inception hands down as a director you want to make sure that everyone focuses in on that vision and they can still be creative and deliver their own you know uniqueness um to each department while still also focusing on us all delivering the same exact narrative in the same color palette the same tone so I definitely would say that it goes back to to focus thank you [Music] this project is supported in part by the National Endowment for the Arts on the web at arts.gov and by ulid Arts what Miami is made of [Music]
