Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorship- Hi, my name is Amber Haglund-Pagel, and this is my little free puzzle library.
I average, maybe five puzzles a week.
Lots of puzzles inside.
We've got little 300 pieces, which take me maybe a half an hour, and I call that a puzzle snack because it's real quick.
A thousand pieces, eh, I save those for the weekend.
I like to do puzzles 'cause they're relaxing and calming, and I got so into it that I do it for speed now.
In town here they have the Puzzle Derby, which is a fundraiser for 4-H. A bunch of teams get together, and they do the same puzzle as fast as they can.
We went down to the Winter Carnival in the cities, which is the largest speed puzzle competition in the U.S., and we got first place in our heat.
Mikayla and I are gonna be in the World Championship Jigsaw Puzzle Competition in September, so we have a lot of practicing to do, and that involves a lot of puzzle turnover.
The one major rule is you can't leave more puzzles than the library can hold, for weather-related puzzle safety.
