It's, at, a problem that we see is growing.
And with the new laws and things that are coming out, I think we need to be updated and kept up to speed on it.
For us, I know it's, what I've learned from this program, how important it is to keep on top of the policies and procedures and how our staff has to work with those, because a lot of times it can be a, the block that they stumble over if they don't have the right policies and procedures in place to help our people.
And I think in Indian country, this is one of the biggest issues, I think, that we face when it comes to our families, you know, that have to deal with the drugs, the alcohol or whatever mental illness, whatever happens and how these children get taken away from the home and how we need to reunite them and keep in touch with them so they don't lose their identity and their culture.
