We prefer to boil it.
That's the way I was taught how to do it.
And we boil it in a linen bag for 11 minutes.
And we boil it in a linen bag for 11 minutes or so.
We go through it and debone it to make sure that the consumer gets the most fish and the least bones.
Some people like butter, some people like white sauce.
Some people like it all.
So whatever they want, we do.
We're open for business.
This is all about ethnicity.
And we do this as much or more to celebrate ethnicity as we do anything else.
We're reliving our history and our past.
At this church, we are following in the footsteps of many, many older guys that led the way before us.
And we're celebrating them as well as we're celebrating lutefisk The Slice, from WDSE WRPT.
