My favorite thing to talk about is barbecue.

The different types of barbecue or grilling.

We're actually going to talk about smoking today because I got a brand new grill and I used it the other day to smoke a brisket and I got super excited about it, so we're going to talk about smoking.

Bust out those barbecue grills, bust out those smokers and get to grilling.

So all things smoking today on the Hot Dish Imperative.

I saw an article that said that they were going to be starting a community radio station, and it sounded like lots of fun, and were asking for folks who were interested in radio, maybe had a story to share or an idea for a show, and I thought it was a really cool idea, something that I had never done, and I thought, well heck, I don't know anybody who's got a radio cooking show, I should go give it a try.
