It's been 60 years since the assassination of President John F Kennedy on November 22nd, 1963, in Dallas, Texas.
The president was gunned down while riding in a motorcade.
He was just 46 years old and was the fourth American president assassinated.
There is a Kentucky connection to President Kennedy's assassination.
The president's deputy press secretary, Mac Kilduff, is the man who announced the president's death.
Kilduff would later move to Batesville, Kentucky.
That's in Lee County.
He would become the long time editor of the Brady Bill Enterprise.
Kilduff died in 2003.
