This has always been a community that has really tried to accept and welcome everybody.
Part of our nature is being accepting and diverse.
This is the 37th annual Pride, but for many, many years, the vast majority, if not the entire Pride celebration took place in Superior, you know, with our Pride Parade and I'm very proud of that tradition.
(upbeat music) As far as parades go, it's one of our shorter parades, so just a couple blocks long, it's a split street, so most of us will turn around and come right back.
(upbeat music) Our Pride event goes back at least 37 years and there were some small events even before that.
