And I do all sorts of things related to the pipe organ.
I've been playing since I've been about five.
My family was living next to a church when I was very young, and, I happened to know when the local organist was practicing, very graciously, she would actually show me how the organ worked and, would have me play little tunes on the organ so I became fascinated the preparation for doing a silent movie is, you watch the film a number of times, and I'll make kind of a general outline of how scenes transition from, you know, one moment to the next and what the dramatic content is.
then I'll start to sort of drop themes in, every time you screen a film in a company, it, it comes out different every time You can always practice it by yourself, but the minute you get it in front of an audience, you know they'll respond to the film.
And, there's things that I wouldn't have thought of that were were funny or dramatic or something, that, you can kind of respond to live in the moment as you're, screening the film.
