The leaking of a Supreme Court memo indicating the overturning of Roe v Wade has thrust the question of abortion rights back into the spotlight. Here in Illinois, Governor J. B. Pritzker says no matter how the Supreme Court eventually rules, abortion is still safe and legal in the state. But that’s not the case everywhere in the Midwest.
