ADELANTE interviews Whitney Salgado about her work as the illustrator for the Milwaukee Film Festival. We visit the Consulate of Mexico in Milwaukee as it celebrates the 209th anniversary of the Independence of Mexico. MATC President Dr. Vicki Martin was among those attending. MATC and the Consulate of Mexico are working to help MATC serve more Hispanic students at the College.
