On August 4th, 1938, the Boston Symphony Orchestra gave its first concert in the Berkshires at a newly built open-air shed. The location was Tanglewood; a sprawling estate that now draws over 350,000 visitors annually with its gorgeous views and stunning music. We visited Tanglewood to learn more about this incredible summer destination that has enchanted music-lovers for over 75 years.
