A huge part of Detroit’s Black heritage is getting a $52M dollar facelift. The Detroit Downtown Development Authority has selected five teams to transform the Paradise Valley Cultural and Entertainment District into a 24-hour walkable destination spot with a jazz club, boutique hotel, art galleries, upscale restaurant, and much more.
