Mayor Lightfoot's appointees haven’t kept up with the growing number of Latino Chicagoans.

Although she herself represents different identities as Chicago's first Black woman and openly gay mayor, Lori Lightfoot’s appointees to key city jobs have failed to keep up with the city's diversity — including the growing Latino population. That's according to a new analysis from our very own Heather Cherone.
