U.S. ‘can’t allow the Chinese Communist Party to dictate how we engage with our partners’
In an interview with NJ Spotlight News, U.S. Rep. Andy Kim (NJ-3rd), who was on the recent visit to Taiwan led by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, said he does not accept criticism that it undermined U.S.-China relations. "A provocative engagement" by China was already apparent, he said. "We can’t allow the Chinese Communist Party to dictate how we engage with our partners."
