- (Antonia) I began drawing in fifth grade, when I saw YouTube tutorials online.

I like to create portraits because I think they're the most fun to draw.

And I like learning about the facial features and studying them.

It all started when my friend mentioned them to me and the more I practiced, the more I would try to draw without the videos and then look at studies of other pictures for reference.

I see art in my future as more of a hobby than a career.

This piece, the one in markers, is a random drawing that I drew.

but then it looks like my friend, Makyle.

And this drawing took me about an hour.

This piece is a drawing of one of my favorite artists, Conan Gray.

This took about two weeks and I used the cleansers with it.

I chose this piece because he posted to promote one of his new songs, Comfort Crowd.

And this was the cover for it.

Being picked for this is a big accomplishment for me because it's something that I never thought would happen.

I think art helps with education cause it helps students express themselves and show their creativity.
