A new Crosscut/Elway poll found Washington voters support limiting the number of years a justice could be on the Supreme Court.
Poll voters had a similar view on imposing a mandatory retirement age for justices.
The poll surveyed 403 registered Washington voters on how they feel about the Supreme Court, its proposals, the current makeup, and current controversial cases that will be decided this year.
68% of respondents statewide said they were "against race being used for consideration in college admissions."
Another question found nearly 60% of voters want Congress to decide on college student debt instead of the president.
The results were decisive and interesting.
Some respondents split down the party lines.
And none of the questions were ballot issues or from the most recent legislative session.
We'll have to wait to see if any of these topics reach the ballot in the future.
