#### The Liberty Counsel is appealing a court decision against former Rowan County clerk Kim Davis.
Federal Judge David Bunning ruled that Davis violated the law when she refused to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples in 2015.
The ruling paves the way for a trial that could require Davis to pay damages to the two couples who sued her.
The Liberty Counsel will argue that Davis' actions were based on religious beliefs protected by law.
#### COVID numbers continue to improve in Kentucky.
The state says 114 counties are in the green zone, meaning low COVID numbers.
Six counties are yellow, meaning medium, and NO counties are red, meaning "high."
##### Flags on state buildings will be at half-staff Monday for Corporal Jacob Moore, a Marine from Catlettsburg killed in a training exercise in Norway.
