New Jersey is joining with regional governors in forming a task force to reopen the economy in the northeast after the coronavirus pandemic ends. Gov. Phil Murphy says an economic recovery can only happen on the back of a complete health care recovery. The state now has 64,584 positive cases of COVID-19 with 2,443 deaths. That’s with more than 3,219 new positive tests announced Monday.
