We report on a House committee today approving a bill to legalize medical marijuana, sending it to the House floor. We will also report on the legislature today giving final passage to a major bail reform constitutional amendment. We will report on the Senate approving both a bill to block federal gun control laws and a bill to ban transgender youth from competing in K-12 female sports.
