A deal reached for the NY State budget, how the Elmore SPCA is helping the seized dogs.
Governor Hochul and & legislative leaders agree on a tentative 237-billion-dollar State Budget deal. Pro-housing communities, like the Town of Plattsburgh, will share 650-million-dollars to help build new homes. Also, Families hoping to adopt dogs seized from a North Country animal rescue get a chance to meet some of the pups up for adoption.
