Governor Cox issues a state of emergency for drought conditions. He is asking businesses and citizens to do their part in conserving water. Cox also addressed inflation saying he is having discussions with state leadership. He said there have been many mistakes at the federal level and they are doing everything they can at the state level to try to help.
