#### President Biden has commuted the sentence of a Louisville man - Thomas Perkins - sent to prison for 20 years, in 2008, for dealing cocaine.
This is part of 75 commutations and pardons nationwide aimed at low-level drug dealers.
#### Attorney General Daniel Cameron has joined attorneys general from 52 other states and territories to ask Congress to pass a bill closing gaps in support for police suffering from work-related post-traumatic stress disorder.
The bill would classify PTSD as a "line of duty" injury.
#### Senator Rand Paul says Russia is only invading countries that were part of the former Soviet Union.
Paul spoke as Secretary of State Antony Blinken testified to a Senate committee.
Blinken said even though Ukraine is a former Soviet republic, it doesn't give Russia the right to attack.
