#### Governor Beshear today vetoed the omnibus anti-abortion bill- which imposes new restrictions on abortion, plus a bill lowering the income tax and expanding the sales tax.
Critics of that bill say it would benefit the rich at the expense of the poor.
And he vetoed a bill tightening rules for public assistance.
The General Assembly will reconvene, April 13th and 14th, and try to override the governor's vetoes.
#### Senator Mitch McConnell told Axios he would feel obligated to support former President Donald Trump, if he is the Republican presidential nominee in 2024, even though McConnell said Trump was responsible for the January sixth attack on the U.S. Capitol.
#### 119 Kentucky counties are now at the "low" COVID level.
Anderson County is considered "medium."
