And that's what this means for the two way state volleyball championship is we're a little behind schedule.
The evangelical Christian aren't going to care.
Is there a meeting for the two day state volleyball championship here inside Bank Ozark Arena?
Welcome to Inside the Scorers Table alongside Madison Fitzpatrick and Bobby Swafford in Mansfield.
Just like the previous team we saw in the last match, Fayetteville, three time defending state champion.
They know what it takes to get here Exactly.
Mansfield has played in this arena many times.
They know how to perform at such a high level under all of this pressure.
So we can definitely expect them to look probably pretty comfortable out there.
Let's see how these two teams got to this point and start with Connolly Christian, who's the visitor.
They were on the bottom half of the bracket.
You can see them there on the top of your screen.
They took care of magnet, cold and fading in La Vaca.
They had the rally from two sets down, though, on La Vaca.
Remember, the golden arrows were in this championship match a season ago against Mansfield.
But they Con-Way Christian wins the final three sets to get to the state championship match and they're led by Ashland Kenny the five five senior right here.
Yep five five senior right hitter and setter.
She's a captain on the team.
She's been leading them all season.
570 assists on the season and 240 kills so really dynamic all across the board offensively Donald Christian 28 one and one on the season they're taking on the Mansfield Lady Tiger and we'll see how Mansfield got to this point.
They were the number one seed on top of the bracket and they took care of business.
Cedar Ridge three Elvis summit and then took care of life away.
Christian For the fourth time this season, they beat the same team four times.
We get to the championship match.
You don't have to look far on the stat sheet to find out number 30.
Kaylee Ward's pretty important.
Kaylee Ward, just a sophomore, but six of four middle blocker 355 kills on the season so far, 85 blocks.
Such a presence out the net 51 aces.
So she's good behind the service line as well and 61 digs attack on to that.
So she has lit up the scoreboard all season and we can expect her to make a massive impact here today.
So.
Conaway, Christian, 28, one and one on the season, you might ask yourself, who is that one loss, too?
Well, it was the Mansfield back on October the seventh that came on the parish tournament.
Mansfield that one that won two sets to one.
Obviously, in tournament play, you play fewer sets.
So these two teams no stranger to one another and they know they can go toe to toe.
Exactly in CONAWAY Christian, I found this really impressive.
They've only lost 11 sets all season.
So they're not they haven't dropped many sets at all, which means that they know what works for them.
They're comfortable with each other.
They have good team chemistry.
I'm expecting them to get Mansfield up quite the battle.
So we're getting ready for the two way state volleyball championship.
Again, we're running a little bit behind today, about 35 minutes to be quite exact, because the six eight championship went to the four or five sets.
We were going to get fired up and ready to go.
Kaylee Potter Powers used me.
Now Kaylee Andrews, who happens to get married to change your name.
And then I forget who your name is.
Luckily, Andrews, the head coach for Mansfield.
Again, they're back here for a fourth consecutive year looking for another title.
And the run that Mansfield has been on really for the last 15 or 20 years maybe, and going back even farther, has been really impressive.
Started by coach Brant Reeves and I'll continue by Coach Andrews.
And we are underway and the first serve a little trouble there for Mansfield, but they do get it across back there for Conaway Christian and put down and we are underway as the Lady Eagles score the first point of the match is a solid outside swing took a little bit of heat off the ball.
That was Emma Reynolds getting the first kill for her team.
So how these two teams settle in and you say that was touched at the net and that's why we play on cross court attack my girl, not put down.
So Mansfield comes right back the back row offense nerves in this first set are always so important is that one hair down.
Allison Edwards 511 senior puts Mansfield on the board.
Alison Edwards leads her team in kills with 367 coming into this match, 80 blocks and 56 aces 265 digs.
She kind of does it all for them how they Christian trying to attack that back row where Mansfield handles it nicely and they get it across that one miss play though by the Lady Eagles at Mansfield has their first lead of the day.
Yep.
Whenever you get a free ball like that you really want to take your time and control that ball and make them pay for giving you a free ball.
But only Christian not able to do that.
Cole Smith, sir, sails long.
So.
Conaway Christian gets the point and we're all tied up at two so feeling out process that these are the first ten, 12, 14 points of each match always has exactly it's a little tightrope walk but the serve at the very beginning, you want to be aggressive, but you don't want to air the nerves play a factor.
It's definitely a tightrope.
Walk back there again by Edwards and she's quickly as she kills hits Mansfield has an early three two lead.
Yep Edwards is a senior 511.
She knows how to lead this team and she's been doing it all season.
But Serves is going to sell well long so, you know, the the nerves and the jitters are certainly there for both of these teams.
So even though Mansfield's been here three consecutive years, there's always a lot of new faces on the roster.
They never know how they settle in and they, as the old cliche goes, each match kind of stands alone no matter what you've done in the last three years.
All about today.
Oh, attack!
Put down Jenna Gall, the right side here.
Just five.
Five.
But she goes up and gets the point for the Lady Eagles.
Yep.
If you're five five, you really have to use all of your vertical when you swing.
And she did it right there, contacting that ball at a pretty high point Mansfield trying to come back on the attack nicely dug at on the back row for Baptist excuse the Christian nice block there for the Mansfield front line It's kind of like Christian can recover in Mansfield goes right back on the attack and Allison Edwards puts one down.
Yeah if that's not enough, let's go ahead and bring in six foot four sophomore Kaylee Ward.
Now, we talked about her in the beginning.
Mansfield has plenty of height, so that's something that two teams don't really see a ton of, especially when you have it in quantity, like Mansfield does.
Well said.
That's definitely a difference maker here in this match.
That attack finds the orange paint.
So nice job going deep there for Conaway.
Christian.
Now these two schools, no stranger to a championship level play.
Mansfield was in the softball championship back in the spring.
Conaway, Christian's girls basketball squad to play for a championship in this very arena.
Last basketball season.
So both these schools used to play in for the hardware.
Great served there.
Mansfield has to scramble.
They do get it across.
Nice job for Cannone Christian to go crosscourt.
We've got an early six four lead here in the first and that was Emerson Rice really opening up with that approach and swinging sharp down that angle.
That's a very difficult spot on the court to hit a nice block there by the Conaway Christian defense.
They may not have the size, but they go up and play the angles and they take a74 lead.
You know, that has to feel good as an undersized middle blocker to shut down that six four middle.
All that is is timing.
Yes.
For Mansfield coming right back again, this is where we're going to start to see teams really start to settle down.
You know, there's no magic number.
It's not eight points.
It's not 12 points.
But you really see after you know, I would say the first 15 points of a match, that's when you kind of really settle into it.
Yep.
Agreed.
So if it's if it's basketball, you're talking about the first four or five possessions, football, the first possession for each team.
That's kind of when teams really start to settle into who they are.
It's kind of play their game, right?
Oh, oh, oh.
Mansoura big attack there from Kaylee Ward.
I could see why she had 355 kills on the season and it's such an advantage to be six four and athletic.
She's not just tall.
We have to give her credit where credit is due.
She's also very athletic, really good body control that serve just gets over the net.
Got away Christian trying to take advantage of the little dunk does it stop by the mental defense to be there but they can't rally for the second touch and that one got sent over to the bleachers nine six Lady Eagles have Conaway Christian has a lead there in the first set.
Again, these two teams met back on October the seventh.
That was a 2 to 1 victory for Mansfield.
So that's two of the 11 sets that commonly Christian lost all year.
Oh, look at it.
Double hits there for Conaway, Christian and a hitting error for the lady Eagles gives the point back over to Mansfield and we talked about this in the past match but a double contact is when both of your hands touch it at different times and the ball comes out spinning.
You want to touch the ball at the same time with both of your hands and have it come out clean.
So as an official, since the ball does come out so quickly on that double touch, they're looking at the spin of the ball more than anything.
Yes.
So Mansfield on the attack down seven to make it down on is that one he had sent long and the Mansfield attacks starting to settle in and that was junior outside hitter Embryo Whittaker her 66 kill on the season got a lot of power behind that swing tonight eight Connelly Christian leading here early in the first for Mansfield on service that attack sails long We're all scored up at nine apiece.
And as an undersized attacker, it is easier to hit out because you're not hitting that ball at as high of a point.
You're not getting as big of a snap on the ball.
So it is easier to error.
So sometimes you have to take a little bit off of it to keep it inside the court.
Now late Christian struggles to handle that, sir, but I do get it across.
Well, see if Mansfield can take advantage of it.
Back row attack though, from Kinsley Ward goes right into the net.
So it's a pair of wards on the roster there for Mansfield.
Kinsley was the senior at five foot eight.
Kaylee's a sophomore, six four.
That's how it goes.
Sometimes the the younger sister gets all the hype attack there for Mansfield dug out nicely from Conaway.
Christian again on the attack that time they can't handle the Edwards spike Mansfield takes their first lead 1110 It's great timing by Edwards.
She really waits on that ball and it's a quick set just so she speeds up into it.
A wrist away, shot, super fast arm swing, got a little ahead of myself or a tie at in.
And of course, she just gets it back across.
See if Mansfield can take advantage Ends up nicely done there by the setter that's Cole Smith number 20 and now she does give Mansfield the 1110 lead.
It's called me No, she swaps in Cole Smith.
That's her 78th kill of the season, which means she's really aggressive offensively which only benefits your team because it stops the opposing team defense from getting into a rhythm.
It kind of keeps them on their toes.
That's sales.
Sales LONG So we're all squared up at 11.
CONAWAY Christian in Mansfield, go and blow for blow one another, and that one catches just enough of them that keeps it alive for Mansfield.
But they do get in the cross.
Nice job defensively on the scramble drill and then the blocks there for the Lady Tigers.
Finally Christian able to stick to it.
You make two really good defensive plays there for Mansfield, but that's how volleyball works.
Sometimes you've got to make the third and they can't do so.
So Conaway Christian gets the point exactly.
It's who can play defense the best in and who can play defense the best for the longest and Mansfield goes to the middle attack, can't put one down those economy Christian has a chance to add to their lead that was deflected out and they do that.
You wanted to touch on that ball as an undersized pin hitter.
You try to tool a lot of the times, hit high hands, head off the side of the hands, sweet.
Get him between the seams.
There's a bunch of different things that you can do as an undersized hitter.
Mansfield tried to come back on the attack.
That one's going to sail long.
The on the attack from Ambridge Whittaker and now Conaway.
Christian has a 1411 lead for Mansfield, and they put an end to this little mini run for him.
Conaway, Christian, Lady Eagles on the attack.
Nice job on the block, though.
And Mansfield does stop the run.
Nice.
Allison Edwards coming in, doing a really good job closing that block, shutting down that pin hitter.
You see her there.
She's got a swing block.
And it was actually the left side blocker that blocked that one.
Yeah.
Whitaker With the block and the ace right there.
So back to back double dip in there for Whitaker number 12 and he gets Mansfield back within a point at 1413 And then one of these teams able to distance themselves so far that one mishandle though by Mansfield was kind of like Christian to put that advantage back up to a pair.
And that was Emerson Rice with the really smart shot.
A lot of the times with these undersized pen hitters, you're going to see more shooting, maybe more role shots, taking a little bit off of that swing and finding the open holes.
Mansfield can handle that one there.
And Coach Kailey Andrews can't be thrilled with that effort, as Conaway, Christian pushes up their lead to a 1613.
And I just said that ever some rice was really good with a tip.
And then she goes back to that and uses a lot of power.
So showing a lot of versatility on her part.
This Mansfield can get their offense going.
Nice attack there by Edwards, but Conaway Christian can handle it once again.
Mansfield back to Edwards again.
Callaway Christian's able to dig it out and they nobody in the middle of the defense a really nice job there.
By Conaway.
Christian Jim Reynolds finds no man's land, and the Lady Eagles have a four point advantage.
Conway Christian so scrappy and also doing a really good job reading the shoulder of Mansfield's hitters that is Mansfield handle this and go outside that one blocked again though by Conaway Christian a block really good so far for the Lady Eagles Nancy is going to play a little defense as well and just the effort plays are being made up to this point that one does fall down where they're going to get hit, The antenna.
So Conaway Christian's going to get the points and it's Conway Christian's defense that's really keeping them in this match all out for every single point.
You can see the fire and the passion from their bench.
Really, it's been all Conway Christian so far that Lady Eagles have a five point lead in the timeout.
We'll take it with them for 30 seconds.

Conway Christian has an 1813 lead.
So we're getting a little bit late here in the first set of the two state championship match.
Bobby Swafford alongside Madison Fitzpatrick Mansfield on the receiving end here we'll tap there finally gets up and go on for Alison Edwards and you know as a as an attacker, how do you not get frustrated when they constantly get in your attacks?
We're getting him right back at you.
Oh, it's definitely frustrating.
But I think the mental game is what separates good attackers from the best attackers.
If you can see if you can say, okay, you guys dug me, I'll mix in something different.
I'll show a different shot.
That's what really makes attackers great is that versatility and having more of a wide arsenal on offense.
Jenna Gaul answers right back though for Conway Christian, as she puts one down kind of pushes the count away Christian lead back to five student section obviously advantage for Conway Christian a much shorter drive for the Lady Eagle faithful now that time war just hammers one home and the sophomore and it's just Mansell back and that's the advantage of being six four.
She didn't have a full approach.
It was almost like like a slide approach jumping off one foot.
But it works for her because she hits that ball at such a high point.
Not only Christian trying to answer back, but dugouts.
A nice job by the Lady Eagles to play the scramble drill though.
And again, they don't have the size advantage, but they're winning the battle at the net right now.
It's a game of ball control, too.
And Conway Christian doing a really good job keeping their team in system and giving their offense chances to score.
So it's 20 to 15.
Lady Eagles five points away from taken in this opening set.
Mansfield trying to answer back though tough play for Conway Christian and that one that's going to come right at us make a play note to her.
Oh we we're going to have to be called upon.
That's us over there.
That official supposed to protect us, but she's not doing her job.
She's also about 15 feet away from us and does.
That's no good.
I would have loved to set that ball.
I always want a chance to get into the game you're playing.
Eligibility is up.
Florida State appreciated your service though Nice job by the block there in the middle for Mansfield Conaway Christian keeps it alive back row attack that one might have been long but Doug out either way for Mansfield maybe the longest rally of this first set reward right in the middle.
Kind of miss hit it a little bit but played to her advantage as Mansfield gets a much needed point after the long rally.
She definitely has a massive advantage up there because of her height.
But like I said before, she's also very athletic.
So even when she miss hits it or the timing isn't right, she still can get the help.
Mansfield got a chance to creep ever closer, and they do so as war gets a little more shove cal, if you will.
I'm sure there's a technical term for he'll give it to me.
A nice job there.
But the solid that was kind of like a power tip.
She's got a ton of power behind that tip.
Pretty much just straight down.
She touches that ball at such a high point over the neck.
Conaway Christian takes a time out.
We'll take her with them to a state championship match underway.
CONWAY Christian leads at 2818.

Dot.com 2018.
Call me Crystal.
You got to leave.
Make it 2219.
A big kill right in the middle there for Mansfield.
They need it.
They're making a late run here in this opening set.
And that was a three set, which gives Kaylie Ward a chance to have a longer approach and really opens up the net for her.
Callaway Christian trying to find a hole and they do as Edwards can't return that in 2119 is the advantage and that was Caroline Huff with a nice long approach and finding the open court Little offspeed shot sometimes does the trick gone away?
Christian to serve for the two point lead here in the opening set that was going to sell well long and so any momentum they gave it right back to the three time defending state champs, the second of five matches here in Hot Springs today.
They got a double hit.
Now Mansfield has crawled all the way back and that's a tough way to give up the lead that you worked so hard to build.
And it's Kaylee Ward back there to serve.
She does a little bit of it all for Mansfield, leading them in kills 85 blocks going into this and 51 aces.
Now make that 52 on the season she Conaway Christian can stop this run for Mansfield and Lady Tigers on the attack and they get another one all the cheapie variety but they all look the same in the box score Allison Edwards on another kill and another time out from Conaway Christian so we'll take it with them.
20 to 21 Lady Tigers have a lead and they're trying to grab set number one every moment for every memory from that first car, your first home to your first child and all the highs and lows that tomorrow night, bring it to everything that matters most to you and your family.
There's someone around the corner dedicated to helping you protect what you love.

Farm Bureau Insurance, Real service, real people.
We're back.
Mansfield's got a 20 to 21 lead here in the opening sets of the two way state volleyball championship.
And Connally.
Christian has led for the majority of this opening seven.
The lady Tigers trying to steal it.
I don't care how they get it as long as they get it done.
And a big reason for Mansfield coming back is their middles.
Kaylee, Ward and Allison Edwards, both taller, definitely taller than Conaway.
Christian's block.
So if you're call me Christian, you want to get Mansfield out of system so they're not able to run through their middle serves not handled perfectly for Conaway Christian so they just get it across Mansfield with a chance to attack and they do a nice dig nearby.
CONAWAY Christian, though the Mansfield got a chance to set up the attack again right back to Edwards in the middle again, dug out, really impressed with the economy, Christian defense, and they turn it into offense.
That's what happens when you have good defense.
You keep the ball alive.
You keep giving your offense chances to score and Conroy Christian able to get the kill there and now it's tied Daryl and Huff with the kill their first second of the match tied up 22 all out no more and as soon as I say that.
All right team for Mansfield, Edwards gets her eighth kill of the match.
So eight for Edwards, six for Ward.
That's 14 of the 17 kills to this point for Mansfield, Christian struggles to handle the surge.
They just have to push it back across.
Lady Tigers a chance to attack Edwards again.
Edwards on the kill.
It's going to keep feeding Alison Edwards and now it's game points.
The number one is Mansfield, who stormed all the way back and a chance to take an early lead.
And that's why if you're called Christian, you really need to get Mansfield out of system because their middles are just so efficient and effective.
If Conaway Christian can answer this four oh scoring run for the Lady Tigers.
Edwards again in the middle.
Nice dig by the back row.
By the way, Christian does get it across set for Edwards in the middle again dug out there by Conaway Christian this just turned into a scrum almost in his final point dump attempts not there.
CONNELLY Christian had a chance to take advantage.
Nice cross-court attack is going to fall and then a goal gets the kill.
That's a big point for CONNELLY Christian, obviously, that extends game number one, but that long rally, you never know how much might give you a little momentum, exactly how Christian now is in it.
Now they just need an aggressive serve.
Hoping to keep Mansfield out of system.
Reynolds on the serve and Edwards in the middle as he puts it down and Mansfield takes it number one.
They trailed for most of it, but they put it together when it matters most.
The three time defending champs take a10 lead.
We're back.
Four set number two, all go anywhere.

I think it's important for Arkansas PBS to have sports because it provides sports on a greater platform to the entire community, and it also gives people in various other communities an opportunity to see other schools and other athletes and have a greater appreciation for not just their own community, but the sports that are available across the state of Arkansas.
There are so many lessons that sports provides, and it's one of the reasons why it's so important to the next generation of athletes Coming up, looks like we have some new help in the marketing department acting high into the area.
With everything you can see.
I think you do the work out here fine.
And how do you do it?
Family and customer friendly.
I am Liane Murphy, very big DNC.
I am.
I actually today's to a spotlight athletes Ashlyn Kinley from Conway Christian the senior center has a 4.2 GPA and she plans to attend the Warsaw Baptist University.
So congratulations to Ashley Kinley, who's our spotlight player of the match, and she needs to get her Conway Christian team going as they drop the first set.
So Mansfield by a score of 2523, it's a match.
They don't really have to change anything.
They led for the majority of it.
It's got to be able to finish exactly.
They're really solid on defense right now.
They're digging up both of the middles for Mansfield, which is a really difficult thing to do as far as height is concerned.
Mansfield definitely taller than Conway Christian, but Conway Christian sticking in it because of their defense.
Now they just need their attackers to be more effective.
So getting set for set number two as Mansfield as the early one to Lee, what we found out in the last set that did not mean a whole lot to the last match is Conaway dropped the first one but they were able to win, come back and bounce back and win number two and force that thing to five.
I'm looking for our second repeat champion in our second four peat, if you will, as Fayetteville turned the trick early in Mansfield, trying to do it here.
Obviously different classifications.
But you look at the resume for Mansfield, it's been pretty impressive this year.
And as we're getting set for the second set, Mansfield beat Lavaca three times.
It took down five.
Van Buren I mentioned you beat Lifeway Christian four times.
I don't care who you're at.
A lot of times you need somebody.
The most recent was in the semifinals and a little bit of luck goes in.
The first one is Cole Smith, credited with the A's all of the sticks over the next two losses of the season for Mansfield as the three eight finalist.
Hackett, who we're going to see in the very next match, and then to Paris in a tournament over there that they beat.
Connelly Christian in all add to it quickly on the attack there but again Connolly Christian showed a little grit digs that one out on the back row and double hit theirs.
You could see the spin coming off the hands there.
Yeah, that one was pretty obvious.
That was not a difficult call for the up rough.
So now that we've seen roughly about 50 points between these two teams, they've settled down, kind of sticks out to you most?
Well, definitely the middle attackers right there for Mansfield.
Allison Edwards, ten kills hitting 500 zero error.
So that's very impressive.
And then the other mental Kaylee Ward six girls hitting 445 with only one error.
So the middles have been the most efficient and effective for Mansfield.
And definitely the highlight of this match had another kill there for Edwards.
That puts us our total to 11 already.
And again, I don't know if you can perfect that, but Mansfield figured it out to stick it over the net.
That's two aces in the span of four points.
I'm not sure if Mansfield practices that, but if they were to do that, that's a really good skill to have like ten that was not going to work.
Not like tennis where it hits.
You got to do it over.
Exactly.
It's really hard for the serve received to get to that ball.
If it touches the net.
So three to Mansfield's got to lead and we're on the attack here miscommunication on the back or on that one was going to go way long but Conaway Christian throws arm out at it and gives an easy point to.
Mansfield Yeah, but if you're Conway Christian, you really need to control a free ball.
That's that's something that's imperative.
If you're going to win this game, you have to capitalize on free balls.
So that gives Mansfield the four two lead.
Oh, he's kind of stoic on the sidelines between these two coaches.
Mansfield can handle that One gets the point for Conway Christian pulls a Lady Eagles back within a point and that was Emerson Rice.
We've seen her with a few different shots.
She had the deep corner swing, she had a tip and there was a little roll shot to the open court.
She's got a lot of shots available to her.
CONNERLY Christian now on the attack for the block there for Mansfield.
WARD Right there to set it back the other way before you can really see the high advantage that the lady Tigers have left.
Nice job when they'll scramble drill here from both sides.
And Mansfield may have a chance to set up an attack here.
Going to war in the middle.
The end dug out by the Lady Eagles.
Nice job by Conaway.
Christian.
This one of the battle at the net?
Exactly.
If you are an undersized attacker, you have to tool the ball.
You have to swipe it off their hands.
You have to catch them on their way down.
There's a bunch of different shots you can do to capitalize on that swing and come with Christian really doing that against Kaylee Ward, The six point middle blocker giving right back though to serve into the net coach Colby McKnight and our first year Conway Christian got the Lady Eagles in the finals.
That one though goes long so these two teams really look seem like they're in a groove here and set number two kind of just trading errors on the volleyball left to be played though, as the lady Tigers have a64 lead.
Yep.
Time to time to get some momentum and get into a groove.
Finally Christian with the attack.
Nice ticket to the side though.
But Mansfield handles it.
You could see the block starting to creep into the head for Conaway.
Christian, they're not quite being as aggressive as they were in that opening set, and they caution has to get it across Mansfield a chance to set up the attack and Smith nice job there on the attack on crosscourt but can't get it down.
So Mansfield wins the long rally takes a74 advantage.
And to your point earlier, the large block on Mansfield side definitely forces Conway Christian to swing out of their comfort zone and do things that they're not usually comfortable doing, and that can cause them to error.
But right there.
Okay.
That's what Conway Christian needs.
They need the power swing.
They need to not be afraid of Mansfield's block, and they need to swing through the ball.
And if they can do that, then they have a chance.
Jenna Gall gets the kill there.
Her sixth of the match already.
Emerson Rice leads the way for Conway Christian with eight kills.
Great serve.
There just goes get over the Nats in that one sent wide so the ace there for Conway Christian and number two Brooklyn Pratt and five five junior That's going to be the key to the game swinging aggressive and serving aggressive another ace there for Pratt so she's wearing out that back row back to back aces that ties the match up at seven Mansfield having a little bit of a communication error back there on serve receive Kenley VanMeter wanted that ball but it was taken by another player she's man so settle down here Nice job on the block from Conaway Christian that's the rally back for this one that one going to get sent wide to Mansell does get the point now you really can see though the height disadvantage for Connelly Christian is starting didn't really loom large in that first set.
It really does look apparent here in the second.
Exactly.
It does make them attack out of their comfort zone and do things that they're not usually comfortable doing.
But that's a fantastic tip.
Really good court awareness and court vision, and that's what you have to do against a tall block.
You have to be smart, you have to have situational and court awareness if you're going to win this game.
And that was a cross court tip to the open area of the court.
Great job by Emerson Ryan for ninth.
Kill the match.
Yeah miss it there for Mansfield.
So back to back points for the Lady Eagles who gives them their first lead in a few points and a little bit too.
This is kind of how the first half played out.
This neither team really could distance themselves until the end when Mansfield pulled away.
Ward hammers one down.
That's that's tough when they can drop it just inside that back line for me really tough to defend.
Exactly.
WARD pretty much hit every area of the court.
So it is difficult for the defense to read her.
Well, first of all, she's very tall.
Second of all, she's able to hit away from the block and find those holes in the defense.
Okay.
Third on the serve.
Nice job by Calais, Christian to handle that and dug out nicely by Mansfield That one just over though with the Lady Eagles can take advantage not handled on the back row by Ward and Conway Christian puts another tally on the board and that was Caroline Huff, her third kill putting a little bit of heat and power behind that ball.
I've said it before, but as an undersized pinch hitter, you have to have a long approach and you have to be very explosive in that approach.
And Huff did a really good job of that right there.
Conaway Christian, clinging to a one point lead here in the second job positioning defensively for Mansfield, sets up the offense, can't put it down.
Little bit of a scramble drill now for the lady Tigers blocked at the net from Conway Christian and tried to tip over there but Edwards is having none of it sends it right back and cross and Alison Edwards is our 12th kill of the match and that ties it all up.
It's in Alison Edwards.
Such a presence up there at the net.
It was almost like she knew the setter was going to dump the ball.
She was expecting of it.
She did a really good job reading.
She both up on that ball and got the kill.
That one deflected at the net and commonly Christian able to answer right back in the Lady Eagles serving with a 1110 advantage I will know right into the net from Ashland Kinley gives the point right back It is hard to get in a rhythm with serving errors so call Christian.
Yes, they should serve aggressively.
They need to keep Mansfield out of system.
But there we go.
They just traded a back and forth.
All is fair at the end there.
The errors in this game really seem more prevalent than we've seen up to this point.
So that one was fairly clean and these two teams, kind of trainers back and forth where there is Mansfield just goes with a big attack from the left side and Kinsley Ward puts it down the shorter of the Ward sisters.
So you can see her approach is long.
She speeds up into it.
She has to use more of her vertical as opposed to her sister, who is just a little bit taller, although Christian does handle that one.
Gets it across Mansfield, though, a chance to return as Ward gets it across.
Neither team able to attack this possession.
Nice dig there by Ward at the end the block shows up for Conway Christian.
That time it was Carver in the middle that can't take advantage of it though is that one goes into the net.
Mansfield takes a one point advantage Kinsley ward doing a little bit of everything right there in that place.
Yeah, the quick twitch dig that was very high level and elite.
And then she transitioned really well, got space from the net and got the kill.
I'll make Christian a little out of sorts there and can't take advantage of the good dig on the serve.
So Mansfield opens up their lead to a pair that was a solid pass Conway Christians back row doing a really good job on defense and on serve receive nice attack They're coming from the outside.
It's kind of like Christian gets the much needed points.
That was Emmerson Rice with that sharp, sharp angle.
We've seen her do that once or twice before, but that's a really high level swing to hit it.
SCROGGINS On the serve now for the Lady Eagles going outside the ward for Mansfield, that's always a good decision as a64 puts it down.
WARD With only one error.
That's her eighth kill hitting well over 400.
And she does it all with almost a slight approach.
But you don't usually see you see she's jumping off one foot only, but she is so tall enough, athletic, she gets the kill and they backed that up with an ace.
Does Mansfield is Pressley Curry finds a hole in the Conaway Christian defense and all of a sudden the lady Tigers have a 1613 lead.
That one's going to be short though.
So you back up an ace with an error.
You mentioned in the first match today, as long as you say that 5050 now you can live on the air, as long as you're given the aces.
Exactly.
You want to bat 501 ace, one error, everyone's okay.
No one's mad at you.
Allen's dug out nicely for Mansfield, so that's kind of like him.
Christian can go on the attack.
That one just does miss the diving arms of Kenley van Meter.
And luckily for Mansfield, it does as that one sails wide.
And the point goes to the Lady Tigers.
Sometimes you just get lucky like that.
VanMeter really wanted to dig that ball, but lucky for her, she missed it.
The end and to the to the net service area is becoming a bit of an issue for both sides late in a set like it is with 1714 before that serve.
It's not a point you want to give away, right?
I stop by ward there to recognize the blocks right in front of her.
The set was probably a little too far out in front.
This tips it to a side.
Yeah.
Really good situational awareness by ward with the power tip feeling those hands, feeling the presence of that middle block in front of her, and then redirecting that ball to the cross-court super high level tip.
So we'll take a timeout with the Mansfield's got an 1815 lead.

Lady Tigers have an 1815 lead as we play here in the second block there for Mansfield and they're able to take advantage of this Paul Smith credited with the kill Cole Smith is also a setter so for her to be that aggressive on offense nice powerful swing first got the block touch with which always keeps the play alive really good defense and then following up with the kill with Connolly Christian could start to claw back into the second set.
McCain Edwards with the Kill Mansfield's Power attack is starting to show his back to back hills there really have the Tigers feeling it and they're five points away from taking a200 set advantage.
Yep.
Cole Smith to Allison Edwards.
That three set really solid and smooth and miscommunication there from Conaway Christian But they do get it across Mansfield.
They'll have a chance to attack back to back dump attempts this time.
Connelly Christian's the one that finds the hole and so much needed point stops a little mini run for Mansfield.
Three consecutive points for the Lady Tigers.
Before that, that was Ashling Kinley, our impact player before the match.
Well over 200 kills, well over 500 assists.
She really does it all.
And you can see right there, it's because she's really smart and aggressive.
Yeah great serve there from Conway Christian as they get the ace and that's Mary Pascoe with five three senior the defensive specialist credited with the 2017 Mansfield leads trimmed to three back to back aces that one that handled on the back row.
That first ace that she did just dropped a little short and then that one floated a little deep.
She does a really good job moving that ball around and not letting Mansfield serve, receive, get in rhythm.
You know, they serve their time.
It's handled by Mansfield.
The Lady Tigers go on the attack and they take advantage of a big kill there from the correction.
That's Andrea Whittaker, the 510 junior 2118 Lady Tigers inching towards taking set number two, but it is not handled well by Connelly Christian so Mansfield has a tech to take advantage and they do of course they go back to Edwards right in the middle.
And Alison Edwards has really taken over this match or 14th kill up to this point, hitting over 500.
And it's really because she has so many different shots and she has the power, she has the range.
She's really smart on offense.
Great snap on the ball.
She also has a really good connection with her setter, which of course helps.
She's able to see the block really well hit off high hands.
She's really done it all so far and the numbers show for it each game kind of stands by itself.
But you look at back at game one and now how Game two is played out, it's been very similar.
It's kind of late.
Christian have been able to even had the lead hang around through the early parts, but late the games, Mansfield has really gone to Edwards going to Kaylee Ward to take advantage of their power game, and that's when they seem to pull away.
Exactly.
CONWAY Christian is beating Mansfield in digs 34 to 32, so their defense is on, but then it's the offense that isn't able to capitalize on those digs.
Mansfield out hitting Conway Christian 400 to 62 and that makes a huge difference and that right there is the difference in the score.
So Mansfield's got a 20 to 18 lead in there that serve as Cole Smith is back five nine senior but that puts a little pressure on the Conway Christian defense and they just have to scramble to get it across the lady Tigers can potentially take advantage.
Nice job though to recognize the dump was coming now but the Lady Eagles have a chance to go on the offensive.
That one catches the line.
Nice job to elevate by Pressley Perry.
Her first attempt was blocked for the five eight junior sense when Cross caught the lady.
Tigers now pushed that lead to five oh, nice job though to answer back for Conway Christian.
I believe that was Kinley again.
So she adds to her impressive total of kills already on the season.
Came in with 240 and to be that undersized and get 240 kills on the season is so impressive.
That just shows how athletic she is and how high her vertical is.
The slide there for Mansfield turned away, though I learned that term for new last year.
I credit you with all of my knowledge.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Back to Edwards in the middle at the end turned away, though.
Conway Christian's block has been impressive up to this point.
They're holding their own.
Yeah, well, too much palm on that one.
They call it a lift.
Yeah, that's a lift or a carry.
That's when your palm just and your fingertips.
Just hold on to that ball for a little too long, and you're redirecting it for way too long.
The 2320 Mansfield got the lead from Christian has a chance to trim it even smaller.
Nice diving attempt there by Van Meter to keep it alive and block there but I want to sales wives economy Christian still able to kind of trim at the lead just hanging around that was Caroline Huff her fifth kill the night hitting 333 so pretty efficient from the outside and that's because she tools the hands the big big hands and long reach of Mansfield that lady Tigers trying to close out this second set but Conaway Christian not going away Zach Hill finds some orange Payton Mansfield wants to take a time out We'll take it with him.
32nd break is Mansfield lead 2322 and set number two.
Looks like we have some new help in the marketing department getting high into the area.
With everything you can see, I think you do the work out here.
Fine.
Very good.
How do you do it?

You can hear the melodic tones of Madison's voice over and over again.
You know, you want to hear it over and over again, Purchase it.
This is it.
This has been a good one so far.
Set number two, Mansfield had a comfortable lead just a few points ago, but Conaway Christian, not going away.
They've scored the last four, and that's how they're within a point.
Make it a tie match now that serves a little bit of their own medicine as it uses the net.
This rolls over and we are tied at 23 at Mansfield.
We've struggling a little bit with this really solid float serve.
Well, no handle that one cleanly either.
Edwards, though, able to get a good handle on it and gets the kill wasn't a great set either.
She kind of had to stop her momentum, but she still had enough force behind it.
Force CONNELLY Christian back on their heels and now it's set point.
Yeah.
Sometimes it's hard to get a kill when you don't have all that momentum in your approach, but she's got enough power to where she can just jump, swing and get the kill.
Nice dig there, but couldn't jump it across for Mansfield.
Well Van Meter's effort goes for not in the Lady Eagles tied up again Edwards again just drives one oh and Allison Edwards is putting on a show 16 kills hitting percentage over for 53.
The first two sets of this match it her approach really smooth and solid and also very fast.
It's those long first two steps and then the quick last two steps that gets her all of that explosiveness and power to swing.
So yeah, 7% point and getting set point the ace there for Mansfield and who else Allison Edwards on the ace there So the lady Tigers take the first two sets from Conway Christian and they're one set away from a four peat.

As Mansfield has opened up a two nothing set lead over Christian and his to a championship match.
And we're looking at the numbers in the break Madison and the hitting percentage in the lack of errors remain so is a big reason why they've got a to the league a huge reason why as a team they're hitting 417 and 392 on the match, which is so efficient from a to way school and from any college school.
These are fantastic numbers.
And leading the charge is Allison Edwards, who has 16 kills, hitting for 71 zero errors on such a big stage and in such high pressure moments, it is easier to air.
But she has been so calm, cool and collected throughout this entire match and leading her team in that efficiency.
So if you're economy Christian, you're down oh two but you've been right there a 2624 loss obviously in the last set.
2523 What do you have to be able to do to kind of push yourself forward and take this third set?
I think if I'm the coach, I think I just preach aggressiveness from the serve.
They have to get Mansfield out of system.
I've been saying it a lot and then from the front row, as an attacker, you know, the your the height is a big disadvantage for you.
But if you swing aggressively and you power through that ball, you're able to get more kills.
Starting fast may be a key again for Calais Christian, but that doesn't happen.
Is Mansfield able to get the quick point and the early lead?
Allison Edwards has such a wide arsenal of offense.
She's got the tip, She's got the roll shots, she's got the sharp swing, she's got it all up.
And Mansfield, a one nothing lead on the attack block right there from the Lady Tigers and the block there for man.
So we can't control it.
It's gone away Christian credited with the kill and evens things up in the point of piece And that's why you swing with some power and you swing with aggression.
Your tool the block a lot easier if you're coming in powerfully but they give it right back though is a service area right into the net.
You tigers have a21 lead.
Obviously you can't rest on your laurels, if you will.
But if you're a man, when you've got a two nothing lead, you kind of what's what's your mindset here in this third?
I think you just keep doing what you've been doing.
You know, it works.
You know where your advantage lies and that's in the height and that's in the middle blockers.
But you never let your guard down.
You have to keep performing at a high level.
You know.
CONWAY Christian can come back.
Like we said before, Conway Christian has taken a set off.
Mansfield So it is possible.
So if you're Mansfield, you keep the foot on the gas, as people say.
Yeah.
Emerson Rice with the kill there.
You mentioned a set they took from him.
That was back on October the seventh in the tournament.
So it can be done in this battle attack there from Conway Christian.
This dug out the start the seniors more and more from Edwards her vision on the floor see okay Conaway Christian's position just out of place it's this tap it's back where they used to be.
Exactly she has the power and then her sexual situational awareness is so solid, she feels the block on her and she tips away from it all.
Good alley or gets it across for Mansfield Now Conway Christian on the attack Nice job again by Rice that's kill number 12.
So Emerson Rice is kind of the go to player for the lady Eagles they need to get some offense going you're going to find number 32 on the floor.
Emerson Rice has a ton of range and that's why she's been so successful so far here today, 3 to 3 in the third and a good serve there for Conway.
Christian Mansfield had to scramble to get it across and they do back the rice back to the and put down Emerson Rice 13 kills now over a 400 hitting percentage she's having a really good day Everson Rice is that player that steps up when Conway Christian needs her.
She's got a nice long approach and then just swings straight where she's facing.
But it's with enough power to get a kill right back to her.
That time the tip doesn't work.
Mansfield able to scramble around?
Allen No, put down nicely kind of.
Christian is starting to find some holes in the defense.
That time it was Hadley Holden, the 510 senior middle hitter of Conway Christian definitely taking advantage of Mansfield.
Just a little slow on defense right now.
And then the ace so Conaway Christian with a ton of momentum at this point, four consecutive points for the Lady Eagles.
And you've got to appreciate the fight back.
They're down two sets tonight.
They have nothing to lose.
Like I said before, you might as well be as aggressive as possible.
All I know is that it's kind of like falls in your lap when you're six foot four Kaylie war.
You just hammer at home and that's how Mansfield can put an end to that four oh scoring run from Conaway, Christian Kaylie Ward playing some clean up.
If you give her an overpass at six four, she is going to terminate the way Christian can't take advantage there.
So back to back points there for the Lady Tigers self-inflicted wounds kind of been the issue the last few possessions with a good serve there that one was coming right as bounces out you can't make a play and it's 6 to 6 blocks there again for Mansfield So now the defense shows up as Ward puts one back at Rice and you knew that Christian was going to be trying to find a way to get the ball to 32.
Emerson, Rice and Mansfield knew it as well and set up the block perfectly.
Exactly the block.
Definitely expected of that really good job facing the hitters.
And there she goes again.
WARD Just such a presence at the net dig out by the Conaway Christian back line.
But the block was too much for the lady.
Tigers have only been credited with three blocks, but they've affected so many more shots.
Sometimes the stats are a little misleading, and the fact that they've been credited with only three blocks means that Conway Christian is working really hard to cover the ball.
So you have to give props to them their nice diving effort from the back row by Edwards.
You keep the ball alive for the lady Tigers and then the block again shows up.
Oh, the good rally between these two teams here.
Ward a nice diving effort from the Lady Eagles, but the block again, too much as Ward puts one down and now it's a ten six lead for the Lady Tigers.
But that's Ward's third block.
Nice excuse her part ahead of myself.
Six consecutive points, though, for Mansfield and make it seven is a miss time the jump there hold in from Connally Christian the Lady Eagles are going to take a time out to try to stop the bleeding.
Well, step aside with them.
Mansfield I and another state championship.
We'll see if they can get it right after this shot.

Your local Farm Bureau Insurance agent.
Farm Bureau Insurance, Real service, real people.
We're back here.
The two way state championship match Mansfield's real off, seven consecutive points here in set.
Number three, as they've got a ten six lead on Conroy Christian, they can see in the bottom right of the lower third.
The lady Tigers already have a20 set advantage.
So there I am, a sweep and you see the hitting percentages.
It's really been one sided as Allison Edwards 18 kills zero errors has been really impressive for the Lady Tigers to hit there though that's how a seven point run comes to an end and exactly what Connally Christian needed to kind of stop the hemorrhaging for a minute.
So three run might be a bleed, but it's seven point run might be a fatal wound.
Exactly.
You got to do everything you can to stop that run.
Well, back to Ward and his hammers.
One at home.
Daly Ward her 11th kill of the match.
Mansfield up 11 seven.
And you have to credit the centers for Mansfield a lot.
For Ward, it's performance and Edwards performance, etc.. Hit Our connection is definitely on for Mansfield.
Yes, yes.
Martha Ward, back to putting it down now, you're starting to hear the Mansfield crowd kind of come to life.
We noticed not a lot of emotion from the team, a lot of motion from the coaching staff, but it's now they're inching towards another state championship.
They're starting to have a little extra pep in the step.
It was all business, but maybe now they can smell it.
Well, seven is their advantage and nice job to come right back from Caroline Huff, the outside hitter for Conaway, Christian for six, Kill the match.
I love the way Huff attacks the ball.
She's really aggressive every single time.
Even if she is undersized, she always makes an effort to transition far off the net so she can have a nice long approach to Mansfield, able to put that one down.
Now, 13 to 8 substitution coming in for the Lady Eagles.
That's one thing we haven't really touched on a whole lot today was just because there's so many substitutions.
I don't want to sit here and tell you who all the subs are all day because it's just really hard to keep up with, to be quite honest.
Exactly.
If they do something good, we'll say their name.
So pretty much how that works.
Ward serve Angel Nicely by the Lady Eagle Defense.
See if they can take advantage offensively.
Nice job by the town Lake Christian defense.
Just digging out balls to that one set Long too.
The defense can't be rewarded by the offense and Lady Tigers push that lead back to five.
This is kind of a pattern that we've been seeing throughout this match.
Conway Christian's defense so solid they've been making such good plays, but then the offense just erring a little too much.
That's a service error.
A service ace excuse me for Mansfield old as ward credit to their then great placement in Callaway Christian going to take another time out and he'll take it with them Conway Christian has got to find a way to get back into this as you're watching the two way state championship on Arkansas PBS Sports A Real-Life Mystery in Movie screens.

These are great championship keepsakes.
Mansfield serving up 15 eight.
What's Connelly Christian have to do to get back into this match?
Madison They need to control that first pass.
They need to make sure not to get A's like they did right before we took a break.
And then they need to be more aggressive on offense and make less errors.
And that's not often that there.
But Mansfield wins it again in the lady Tigers didn't show so much over the first set.
But again, I've just started to really take over at the net.
That's why they've doubled up kind of like Christian here, 6 to 8 in the third.
And it is hard.
You're Conway Christian and you are so outsized sometimes you're getting trapped with that set.
And that's what happened right there.
Back to Edwards, right in the middle, back to Edwards putting it down is that one second to the front row And Mansfield, now the commanding 17 to 8 lead.
And you can really start to sense that they've got the momentum to maybe complete this sweep.
Allison Edwards hasn't made an error yet, and I doubt she's going to make one with how she's playing that wrist away swing so solid.
And another race for Mansfield, this one certainly slipping away from the Lady Eagles.
It's impressive to see 19 zero errors for Allison Edwards.
To further your point, those are some very elite numbers as a Team Mansfield's hitting 392 Heather A this one is just kind of gotten away from Lloyd Christian stood by the setting in that you've only got six points standing between you and turning in the equipment.
And it's tough to fight those emotions when you know you've got to battle back.
And we haven't seen Coach Kaylie Andrews of Mansfield smile that much, but she's smiling and clapping now, so I think she can smell it and taste it.
They're almost there.
Oh, that one.
Sit right into the net, though.
So that's going to end the seven scoring run for Mansfield.
But they're still sitting on a 19 to 9 lead.
It's a good look at Coach Andrews.
A nice diving effort there, but can't be taken advantage of.
Back to back points there for like Christian again.
There's magical formula for making up a ten point deficit.
Just got to chip away at it.
And that's what Connelly Christian is going to effort to do here.
The game isn't over till the last whistle whistle blows.
So yeah, tough break there for Connelly.
Christian, you off an easy ball like that you feel like you need to return.
Got to find out where you are on the floor though that one was going to be well out.
Exactly.
That's a really smart shot for Mansfield to push that deep.
It does create a little bit of chaos on the defense.
Mansfield got to scramble there.
Nice job is to get it across from Whitaker.
We'll reset Edwards right in the middle.
Edwards again puts it down.
Dallas and Edwards is playing a match that she's certainly going to remember rest of her life.
The senior 21 kills.
Again, no errors.
Oh, this is the perfect game that we're talking about too much we don't want to jinx.
But it's really impressive performance from number 18.
I would hate to jinx her.
She's so close to having a perfect game with no errors.
This is a game of a lifetime for Allison Edwards.
Officials going to get together and discuss something about that point right?
I don't think they oh, they're they're calling a replay.
I don't think there was a debate whether that was in or out.
So I'm not sure what the confusion is here.
So we'll get an explanation for Coach Andrews to two coaches will get together.
I mean, that's Colby for Conway Christian will get the explanation from the officials.
So I'm not a perfect lip reader but I didn't see we'll replay the point there.
And that's what the thumbs up official means so that we'll revert to 2210 to take the kill away from Andrews.
Nice job at the net there.
Defensively for Connelly Christian's Emma Carver, she goes up and taps it to a side.
So that replay replay goes back to Mansfield and we're just told there was a ball on the courts.
That's why they ruled that one dead end for all kinds.
Volleyball flying around on that far side.
And we've got two points for Mansfield.
I believe they're going to say a line violation.
Yep, that's called a foot fault on the serve.
If any part of your foot crosses over that line, it's a football.
2111 Mansfield leads back to ten.
Connolly Christian's got to find a way to put together a run in a hurry.
Heather Ward Kinsley.
Ward The senior hammers that one home and now the Lady Tigers just three points away from completing the set and completing a four peat.
Kinsley ward just ran a three set, which means she had to speed up her approach, and that allowed her to have a lot of power behind the ball.
Really nice job by Whitaker on the back row to keep that win alive for Mansfield economy, Christian has a chance to attack.
BLOCK was there for Edwards but couldn't relocate the volleyball so that one falls to the floor with the point to come by.
Christian you have to appreciate Conway Christian's fight.
They're swinging hard at every single ball.
They're making great plays on defense.
They still believe they're in it, and they are set up.
Edwards on the right side.
That one dug out nicely, though, by Conaway, Christian and Rice coming back the other way.
That's maybe the biggest hit we've seen so far from Kinsley Ward.
And she's coming alive in the final match of her career.
You know, that's that's a bittersweet swing.
You're coming close to the end of your high school volleyball career.
It's a great, powerful swing.
Can tell she really wants that fourth state championship.
Edwards serve handled there by Conway Christian.
But they've got to scramble to get it across to in the middle Allen's driven home and now it's championship points number one for Mansfield 24 to 12.
They are just flat out dominated this third set.
Offensively they are as elite as it comes for two way so many players hitting over 400.
Great performance from so many attackers.
And on the way Christian does get it across Mansfield though with a chance Mac to ward that one deflected out and the lady Tigers have done it again 2512 In the third Mansfield completes a four peat and you got to love a dogpile.
It gives me goosebumps every single time I know we're going to see it a lot today, but every single time it is so cool.
Now Lady Tigers get the job done.
As Mansfield completes the sweep of Conway Christian and they take home the two AA state championship trophy presentation coming up.

But Mansfield this proved to be too much as the Lady Tigers about to be handed the hardware for the fourth consecutive year championships, going back to the River Valley and towards the Portsmouth area, if you will, to a state champions.
This really all around dominant performance, especially in that third set.
Dominant is the perfect word to describe that.
Mansfield Throughout all three sets so aggressive on offense, Allison Edwards and Kaylee Ward in the middle just dominating the net.
Such a presence up there and Kinsley ward the outside hitter so good on the outside, every single player playing their part solid all around performance by Mansfield, who I know really wanted a four state championship.
Allison Edwards just handed the MVP trophy 20 kills and just one error and hit for 42 today here in the championship Marcy Kaptur career where four state titles and more importantly, a MVP trophy today.
So a pretty impressive career.
Take a look at the highlights and how they got to this point.
Really the first two sets, Madison McGinnis back and forward.
Conway Christian was right there, 2523 in the first at 26, 24 in the second.
They seemed like they were knocking on the door.
They just didn't have quite enough to get over that at home.
Exactly.
CONWAY Christian right there the whole time.
And although they were undersized, they really put up quite the battle.
But then we see here Mansfield the power and the size up the middles.
Allison Edwards, Haley Ward so dominant, pretty much attacking every single area of the court.
The center hitter connection was on.
They were in system quite a lot.
So the defense was really putting forth quite the effort all around performance by Mansfield truly deserved a state championship.
So Mansfield completes the four peat, Fayetteville completes the four peat, won't be a four peat coming up next, but we do have a rematch of.
Last year's state championship match in the class three eight Hackett looking to avenge a loss to Baptist Prep in the final last year.
And these two are going to do it again a little bit behind steel.
So this one going to be about 15 minutes later.
So but the three AA state championship is coming up next.
Don't go anywhere.
Stick around.
We got more volleyball action coming your way inside.
