Saturday is rolling right along three or down, two more to play.
And next up is a rematch of last year's four state championship match.
Brooklyn Lady Bearcats taking on the Shiloh Christian Lady Saints.
Welcome in the press row.
I'm Bobby Swafford alongside Kasey lo and Kasey, a rematch of last year.
These two teams expected to be in the final and here they get to duke it out again.
This is a game I've been looking forward to all day, seeing the rematch from last year's state championship.
Both very high volleyball teams.
Very well, Coach.
It's going to be a fun night.
Let's take a look at how these two teams got here.
First, starting with the visitor, Brooklyn Lady Bearcats.
You could see them a middle of the bracket.
They had to fight through backslide for Farmington and then a battle of scrappy gravity in the grave.
It actually had a lead late in the first half, but Brooklyn able to get the job done.
And the big reason why they're here is number seven.
Riley Walker Yes, Riley Walker is a senior libero for Brooklyn.
She has 405 digs on the season, but over 1000 in her career.
She's going to put on a fun defensive show tonight.
That's one key that we have to pay attention to for Brooklyn.
But far as Shiloh, Christian, again, they were expected to be here.
They loaded up in the non-conference schedule.
As we take a look at the bracket, they had a little more of a test in the second round than maybe most people expected, too.
They were pushed to five sets by a win.
They took out a low note in the first round and they handled Peyton Lake Shiloh.
Christian didn't have the advantage of playing on their home court in the state tournament.
Don't have that today.
But they do have the advantage of playing with Audrey Bender in their lineup.
R.J. Bender is a junior middle blocker who really does it all for Shiloh.
She has 337 kills on the season, 48 aces, 70 blocks and 58 digs.
So she gets it done all over the court.
So we'll have to locate number 13 and maybe for Shiloh Christian, they starting lineups.
We're being introduced here inside Bank.
Okay.
ARENA So let's look at the lineups.
First up, Brooklyn and coach Nancy Lopez.
Nancy Rodriguez excuse me, Brooklyn Bearcats come at 36, four and one on the season.
Her daughter Chloe, in the starting lineup of Poles, Row, Basham, King, Bass, Hammons and Walker are the starting lineup for Brooklyn as far as leaving Goldstein and the Shilo Ladies things 29 and six on the season.
Chloe blitzing Mary Caroline Reece, Red Brighton.
No, no, Addington and Pinder.
As we talked about the starting lineup for Shiloh Christian, when you look at how these two teams got here, obviously when you expect to be a really good team and you as the head coach of Springville Harbor know all about that, you have to schedule up, especially in your class, for you get those fives in the 60 schools to play against you.
So for the Brooklyn, they beat value twice.
They beat the three finalist Baptist Prep.
They beat Conroy, who's played in the six eight championship earlier today.
How tough is it for those schools that know that, hey, I'm going to go out and play the schools best with the best competition I could find?
I think that they're just setting themselves up for success to be ready for this moment tonight.
I think it would be a disservice to go and play teams that wouldn't challenge them.
I think it's a testament to their coaches to want their kids to be challenged and obviously it's paid off because they're prepared for this moment to play for a state championship.
Shiloh Christian of the exact same thing.
They beat Mount Saint, Mary Rogers and Van Buren, all schools larger than them.
But the losses are really speak volumes about what Shiloh Christian they lost to your harbor squad, the south side who was in the semifinals and four teams that were in the championship game today.
So obviously Shiloh Christian scheduled to get ready for today.
That's right.
They're more than prepared to play a tough Brooklyn team playing for teams that are playing today for a state title.
And then six high schools, too.
I think that they're ready for tough competition across the net tonight.
So for the next 90 minutes, we're going to talk about your win over Shiloh Christian, about that they might turn it off, but, you know, we'll take a break.
We could talk about it a little bit.
So no, no, no, that's not okay.
Shiloh, Christian, going to serve first.
You set number one is officially underway here in the four AA state championship attack.
Crosscourt comes quickly from Brooklyn, and that's Aaron Paul's world junior.
Outside hitter.
Evan did a great job right there, finding that seam in the block and hitting that deep.
516 of Brooklyn wearing in the black news white numbers trimmed out in red Shiloh Christian in the Navy, trimmed in gold.
That's big on the back row there.
Bob Bonanno for Shiloh.
And a bit of a scramble here for Brooklyn's great ball to find the Space Monkey Tower.
First, who goes there?
The sophomore pulling blessing gets the call the defensive plays on both sides for the great job.
By blessing James and speed off that shot and finding the hole inside.
I want a piece.
Early on I was talking with Madison Fitzpatrick on the lot on the previous game.
The first ten, 15, 20 points of a match really just feels like that feeling out process.
Yeah, definitely a chance to get acclimated to the gym that perception and get rid of some of the nerves.
Um but definitely a chance to gain some momentum as well and get a foot vault there for Brooklyn to work every Tuesday against Shiloh.
So the point will go for Brooklyn.
How difficult is it to adjust to playing in an arena style compared to maybe a normal high school basketball gym?
It's definitely different.
I think that that perception is a big deal with attackers and servers.
And then you're also playing on a sports court when you played on a hardwood floor all season long.
So there's definitely some adjustments to be made.
Can't be made.
Brooklyn pushes the lead out to 3 to 1.
That's the first mention of the court today.
And you get a good look at it.
We've seen it all day, the blue and Orange Sports Board.
So what is the difference between that and a traditional hardwood basketball floor?
The Harvard basketball court, you have a little bit more grounds underneath your feet.
Sports courts, a little bit slippery, more slippery and quite a little bit better just trying to make that adjustment defensively.
I think also, the Shiloh Christian couldn't handle the serve there.
So a quick four one lead for Brooklyn's Nice attack from the back row there, from blessing for Shiloh Christian.
But Brooklyn rallies back able to keep the court alive on that one.
Charles wants to Charlotte for a few, maybe have to settle the nerves a touch.
They tried it for two days.
A large student section behind is from Shiloh Christian going up northwest versus northeast here in the fourth championship.
A shot by Charlotte to prevent a to keep that win alive.
Now Brooklyn's trying to scramble tax law.
Marines dug up on the back row.
Rodriguez tries to hit not there.
Oh, oh, oh, oh.
What conditions?
Doing a nice job scrambling, keeping this point alive a tip off.
And Shiloh Christian again, though, this one right place at the right time.
Boston attack and then Chicago Nice job by Reese, the sophomore to find open space Great defensive plays Bello bananas for Shiloh Christian was all over the court on that one, keeping him alive, obviously the longest rally of this court match.
Look at this point, Lady Bearcats, we have the early four three lead block goes up there for Shiloh Christian, Audrey Bender.
We talk about her in the open, 17 blocks coming into the match.
Add one to her total.
They're doing a great job closing that block and penetrating the net to add another one to her total, all tied up at four and the for a title match.
Yeah.
Shiloh Christian couldn't handle a tip there so Brooklyn regains the lead there.
Something that you look for when you're coaching your squad.
Too early in a match or you just kind of slow the feeling out process.
It's kind of a general term.
Is there something that you're looking for specifically with an opponent?
Yeah, we did.
To start the match, we're definitely looking for match ups on how we can be most successful defensively and offensively and the gaps on the other side of the court and figuring out where our strengths are going to be throughout the day.
Yeah, Pender with her second kill of the match right there for Shiloh.
Christian ties the match up at five.
So we went from a college player perspective now to a current coach perspective.
I'd like to pick the brain a little bit to man the knowledge of the masses.
That one's going to follow along.
Let's go through.
Brooklyn's a team that's used to being in the finals.
They've been here the last couple of years, won the championship a season ago.
What if your coach, Nancy Rodriguez, what are you telling your squad entering this match?
I think you just focus on the present.
I know they won last year against Shiloh, but this is a new season and they've done a good job all season long, Just staying competitive and doing things that work for them, not playing outside their zones, but everyone doing their jobs, that one sails long.
So we're tied up at six apiece.
So obviously the experience of playing one team from one year to the next, is there new faces?
Of course, it's never the same roster with graduating seniors.
How much emphasis as a coach of the player, do you put on that?
The opponent across the net?
I haven't put a ton of emphasis on it.
I don't want to have to worry about that or worry about the pass.
I want to focus on our our task at hand and our side of the net a little bit as well.
I guess it's probably easier said than done when you're dealing with, what, 14 to 18 year old high school kids.
Exactly right.
That's exactly right.
So that makes because you've got people like me that is constantly bring it up and there's a tip to dump it over.
It feels those exit Shiloh.
I get that.
I guess maybe the biggest hurdle and this is maybe looking too much into it last year a sweep makes me think the first set's over.
So more important, more even more so for Shiloh, opportunities for Brooklyn.
I definitely agree.
It'll definitely help Shiloh Christian gain some confidence to know that they can get runs and sets.
And on this kind of an arena, this big of a stage bet that compared to Shiloh Christian slightly off to a strong start they lead at 9 to 6 You mean a lot of big swing so far.
But I mean catching Brooklyn's defense out of position a touch and likewise right there so before to get to the point back but it's still nine seven saints and you got five serving as Maddie Smith the senior outside hitter for the lady Bearcats make it sounds like the Shiloh student section is in your living room because we're literally right behind us.
So if they yell it, you're going to hear it go ten seven to lead for the Lady Saints.
You're starting to get settled in here in the first set before a state championship.
Yeah, Carlos got to scramble and can't get back to back as Pindar and I will go back the other direction for Brooklyn.
SD King put a lot of power behind that, that swing to penetrate the block and find the floor.
Just three seniors on the roster for Shiloh Christian.
So they're going to be a problem for Class five next year.
The Lady Saints have accumulated, accumulated easy for me to say, enough points to move up because of the competitive equity track.
Back to back trips to the finals.
Yeah, word tip a champ there by blessing handled by Brooklyn.
And then Rodriguez is going to get credit with the kill as she goes up and wins the battle at the Nets That was really good off.
BLOCK her defense on some of that off speed shots that Charlotte have been showing Brooklyn throughout this match.
Another kill there for Brooklyn.
That one goes to Poles Grove, the junior outside hitter.
She's probably had the biggest swings up to this point for the lady Bearcats that's her third kill in the match rally Walker who we talked about in the open serving for Brooklyn's big swing tonight there.
Nice job by the block set up by the Lady Bearcats.
Chloe Rodriguez did a great job setting up that block, so her middle kid close to her they both penetrated the net.
Great Got the block many run by the lady Bearcats have got them out in front they've scored the last four make it five is the attack can't be handled by Bonanno on the back row and Brooklyn is has turned a ten seven deficit to a 1210 lead early Walker is doing a great job on the serving serving tough in changing up her speed to shallow can put a run to the team.
Nice job with the jump there by Lila Creighton the front row setter only two hitting options in the front row right now.
Just found a way to side out and get the next point.
It makes that play right there so difficult to defend.
Obviously, you're not expecting that.
You were expecting the the traditional bump sets like that time.
You catch them off guard.
That time she was off in the front row.
Is that are you expecting her to throw it down when it's tight But being often that the blockers started to release already to the outside.
So she just kind of a little bit off guard.
Salo can take advantage of the serve that one goes into the net.
Some lady Bearcats lead back to two about halfway home here in the first, I would say that one caught the pin or the antenna ruled out the 1411 lead.
Rodriguez, serving for Brooklyn's middle attack, really strong there from Chloe.
The lesson great center from Shiloh is doing a really good job of switching offense.
So Brooklyn is sitting on the pins going, what's coming to them?
That two ball there, I think, caught them off guard.
I mean, right down the middle brings Shiloh back within 14 to 12, attacked nicely by bananas Shiloh on the attack there.
The other way.
Nice job defensively Shiloh gets the block in the point Carlos BLOCK is doing a great job communicating and moving along the net, closing some blocks, making it really difficult for Brooklyn's attackers.
Caroline Reds right there in the middle there.
Number four stands six foot even as the junior, right.
Big time attack there.
They're going to say Shiloh was in the match, 12 points, going to go the Brooklyn Kings Grove is shaky as she goes into the back row.
Now she's taking two really big swings with a lot of power, helping Brooklyn be successful in this.
First, it's 15, 13.
Brooklyn does have the lead word shallow doesn't handle that serve cleanly.
You have to scramble to get it across.
But they do chance for Brooklyn to take advantage.
Rodriguez dumps one across and just like we saw a few minutes ago with Shiloh, Christian catches the Saints napping now back row setter.
You do have three attackers in the front row so a lot of time that's a little sneaky play that the defense isn't it ready for shallow First she tries to go crosscourt but the attack for Morris carries long and now Brooklyn has opened up a 1713 leading post Lowenstein from Shiloh Christian enough to take a timeout so we'll take it with him.
Step aside for 30 seconds as you're watching the Foray state volleyball Championship on Arkansas PBS Sports.

Where's the beef?
Gotta go.
Brooklyn's got a 1713 lead.
And coming out of that time out.
What do you want to see from your squad?
If you're Coke?
They also think it's reducing unforced errors or hitting percentage.
Right now is a 167.
So if they can minimize those errors and start putting some balls away, I think that will be a good benefit for them.
See, 40 hitting average right now for Brooklyn.
Oh branded the that attack does catch the back of the Brooklyn picture.
Now you might have heard some of the fans maybe a coach yell for a double.
I compare that as to the 3 seconds to the lane for basketball everybody else that even though they may not know exactly know what it is.
Yes.
If anybody sees the ball spin and they definitely think that's a double, Brooklyn's pushed the lead after five and quickly if he does it for your blessing that was a big kill from the back line.
The Saints needed it to good tempo by that setter Number one, Kobe Blessing was ready to come in and attack and be aggressive.
It's not here's banana with the serve and dough but nice job to get it up from Paul's Grove and Brooklyn able to just dump it across It's 80 foul See in the right side, shallow Christian trying to crawl back into this one and trail by five That's not going to do it that went into the nets from Pender and now a six point lead for the lady Bearcats here in the opening six.
Brooklyn's doing a really nice job of staying calm and collected and keeping the ball in play and making aggressive plays.
Lady Bearcats have not dropped a set all postseason, regional or state tournament.
I know those are rise or shallow creeps back within 520 to 15 shallow of the 226 hitting percentage on the season.
But as you just mentioned, they're struggling so far.
This first set at just 133 nice ball move in there from Brooklyn pushes that to the outside.
Maddie Smith puts it down.
That's Manny Smith, second kill of the night.
But she did a really great job of staying open to her center, finishing her arm cross-body and tagging the corner, seeing good balance from Brooklyn.
Up to this point, five players have at least two kills that serve that goes into the net.
Gets that going back to Shilo.
They've got to put together a run, though.
Do the Lady Saints find a way to call back in a set number one right.
36 as the tech tipped the nets Nice job to quickly elevate Laila Crayton Just like you're great by a liberal Belbin banana and their setter was just aware of the block not being prepared and turn to put that one away.
0.1 17 Shiloh Christian creeping back it's Paige adding to them to serve the block comes up big for Shiloh Christian Brooklyn though keeps it alive Yeah and Russell with a big hammer drops one down.
Follow back on injury.
Oh, number three, Game six still of the night so far hitting over 400%.
So when you've got as Brooklyn takes a timeout at 21 to 18 you've got the hot handles blessing.
Is it tough as a coach or as a team to not just give her the ball every time?
Because obviously you've got to spread it around because the defense is going to set the block in front of her.
You definitely want to have a balance to offense, but if you know a hitter is getting the job done and if Brooklyn struggling, defending them, I think there's no problem in continuing to feed her the ball to try to close the gap here in this first set and then hopefully take it in with six kills compared to just one error for a blessing here.
Shiloh Christian team has scored the last three points.
They pulled within 21 to 18.
Very famous jumps off either one of these sides Brooklyn or Shiloh Christian that that screams okay, they're going to be able to take advantage of this or this is not working either way.
I Brooklyn's doing a really nice job of balancing their offense like we just talked about.
Chloe Blessing's doing a great job pulling balls away from Shiloh, but Brooklyn has 4332 kills from several different players, so they're very balanced on their offenses.
Makes it very hard to defend and scrambles to get it across.
Shiloh, Christian Chance to chip into that lead even more and they can't do so is that one sales wide?
So it's going to be a two point margin.
It's now for 22 18%.
Hannah Bass now serving for Brooklyn's the better rallies here.
We've seen up to this point style of play gets the block and the serve before four hits.
So that one didn't come across the that and make contact with all the lady saints now a serve down three got to make a run at this point they can't afford to three points miscommunication on the serve there and with when those stays alive Rodriguez tries to dump doesn't work that time Shallow did the same and Creighton puts it into the net.
Now it's 2319.
The lady Bearcats.
Tyler just has to stay calm and reduce her unforced errors.
Brooklyn's only taken advantage of that.
It's four point advantage for Brooklyn.
That one's going to sail on.
So now it's going to be set point for the Lady Bearcats with a four point advantage.
And Shiloh wants to take their second time out this 2419.
So obviously, it's just one point at a time that one play at a time.
But when you sit them down five just to tie this thing up and the next point for the other side is going to win the set.
What's your conversation with with your team or is this more so to try to get Brooklyn out of their rhythm?
I think right now, if I was in Charlotte's position, I would just talk to them about taking care of our side of the net where they can start getting their feet to the ball a little on attacking, serving a little bit tougher to focus on getting Brooklyn out of system.
I think that will help them.
I think if they just focus on themselves right now and taking care of their side of the net, that will help them chip away at the lead.

Shallow is exhausted both of their timeouts Riley Walker back to serve the six on their hand for Brooklyn's shallow Christian goes the attack.
That's a blessing man Brooklyn can handle it so that's the first of the five needed points there for shallow Christian Great play out of that timeout suck the pass a good tempo set and blessings put the ball away There's no such thing as a five point serve.
So shallow is just going to have to chip away at it.
You got to petition the National Federation for that five point serve Brooks with Arafat goes long couldn't get on top of it was Basham the senior middle blocker since that one deep and now it's just a three point margin so it couldn't be handled there that one put down by Siloes Caroline Red O Junior and all of a sudden the two point match.
I always think the server deserves a little bit of credit up for that kill as well.
Creighton did a good job of serving tough and in getting the overpass so Charlotte could be set up for success at minimum rewarded an assist right It's exactly right.
Oh and I know there's a nice job digging that one out of the back row.
You're going to say Shiloh Christian was the incident that the Lady Saints don't like it, but that's going to be in the opening set of Brooklyn 2522.
Well, step aside for a state championship, Brooklyn as a lead on that call right there.

It also gives people in various other communities an opportunity to see other schools and other athletes and have a greater appreciation for just their own community.
But the sports that are available across the state of Arkansas, there are so many lessons that sports provides, and it's one of the reasons why it's so important to be next generation of athletes coming up, looks like we have some new help in the marketing department acting high into the area.

So Brooklyn takes the opening set from Shiloh Christian 2522.
I never got to serve to start things off and this is Rodriguez myself.
Long and Shiloh Christian could make the decision if they want to let it go.
Sadie Williams tried to play it good, too good to get a hand on it.
So Brooklyn out to one half and lead kind of be the most stressful fraction of a second a volleyball player has.
Right?
That serves coming at you right at the back line.
Yes.
Even your teammates don't communicate with you.
It's a little bit stressful on the decision that needs to be made Shiloh Christian able to come right back that was blessing puts one down kill number eight in the match Holy blessing really carrying offensively for Shiloh.
No other player has more than two kills for Shiloh Christian 14.
Now as a team, let's start with Isaac again on the attack tries the deep corner but nice job there by Brooklyn will not catch the back line that was close I would say it is out of Shiloh Christian the early two one lead right to the line was a little bit wider him out of it in no Shiloh playing with a21 lead the race north killed that's down for 3 to 1 good start to the second set after dropping the opener Creighton did a great job of staying neutral in that set, holding the outside hitter there, ready to help block up the middle.
And then she threw it back and she was one on one and the block was late, took advantage it.
Bobby Swafford alongside Kasey Lloyd here the for a state volleyball championship Shiloh Christian's opened up an early four one lead in set.
Number two it wasn't a nice job coming out of set one very composed and calm, still confident.
I understood that the score resets zero zero corner and they love it like that.
Brooklyn trying to respond a little tough.
It doesn't work that one now you've ever made it across the nets look falls harmlessly to the ground.
If you're a Brooklyn fan, it's for you to look at the season numbers for Shiloh Christian.
Try not to refer to them too much because this match stands alone.
But it's obvious that blessing is the the straw that stirs the drink.
461 kills on the season and nobody else was more than 300 for Shiloh in the off again shows up here one blessing and four red Bulls right there Blessing did a great job with that set up and dragged got over there quickly to close the gap and the block for Shiloh Christian puts a key to being a good defender a good block into the middle of your defense.
Blocking is really about just staying patient and reading the first you got to see the pass and where the pass is going and then reading the stutter and taking a good, positive first step.
Thank you for our eye.
Sequencing is good on blocking and we'll be able to close blocks.
But if we get caught watching the ball and don't have our eyes on the right things, that's when you will be late and have some gaps in the walk out.
With the serve for Brooklyn as they trail at five three, a quick set in the middle and Reds attempt was dug out nicely.
All right, back to the block still there from Brooklyn's wall.
Couldn't quite get that one back in a race that was deflected off the hands of the field.
Goes to Brooklyn and the lady pass back within a point for Harry Smith, who is a tireless outside hitter.
But she does a great job at finding her hands and finding a way to put the ball away.
That one sails long.
So now we're all squared up.
Three consecutive points for the Lady Bearcats.
Now unforced error error for Shiloh.
Sure.
And really good serve there from Brooklyn's Walker fans for the offense to take advantage of it.
And they do like yeah and Maddie Smith elevates and puts one down Rodriguez did a great job on that set, staying neutral and holding that middle blocker and finding a good tempo to the outside to find the seam.
So she could put it away in.
Brooklyn's back out in front six five.
Great job by Walker on the back row.
That one we're going to see in wide call side of the Sixers which the two teams really do like to this dream body shots right now blow for blow Walker's doing a great job defensively helping Brooklyn keep a lot of rallies and plays alive.
The plays that don't necessarily show up on the box score but are vital to having a successful evening quick set there.
Does it work out as a block right there for Brooklyn?
And now they have a chance to take advantage of the offense again.
Oh, it's coming right at us.
Salah appreciate able to recoup double double talk through that well diving Rodriguez couldn't make the play that one who might have been close to sailing long but in the heat of the moment, it's hard to let that one go.
And the kill for Shiloh puts them back up by Italy.
Army Guard defender in the middle did a great job holding the block to help her find those seams.
Nice job of Bernardo to dig that one out and tip.
It doesn't work for Brooklyn.
As Cassidy King father floated over the net.
Couldn't get it done.
No showers.
Lee pushed back to produce and they go after Walker on the serve in shallow Christian has a chance to set up the offense now and down the line they're going to say it was tipped at the net that's going to be a kill for Brooklyn's Oh matic.
He's such a bang bang play there at the that it's hard to tell Of course if they were in shallow navy you think that there wasn't touch but if you're wearing a Brooklyn red you know it was nice.
Miss snuck that ball right on the outside of her.
Okay.
Oh, nice attack there.
Nice diving effort for not ball for Brooklyn.
We've seen a lot of deep rallies, but teams have found a way to find some some open courts and put it down.
Both teams are doing a good job of finding the seams in the corners and finding ways to put balls away.
Bridges tries to dump, doesn't work.
Shallow gets back defensively with action.
That one along was Brooklyn to get it back within nine eight.
So there's a lack of long rallies an indication of really anything more than good offensive play and a good court awareness.
I think it could go good offensive plays for sure.
Putting balls away, ending the rallies and then also an increase in unforced errors, ending the rallies with our errors, trying to sneak a long rally into existence.
We might have done it here, maybe the longer points of the night.
BLOCK There was there a good finish to the off, though, as Paltrow gets credit with the kill calls the girls, it has so much power behind her swing.
She has a really aggressive, explosive approach tied in with a really explosive arm swing, found a way to find the floor in a several different ways.
Nine nine here in the second Brooklyn leading shallow one set the no on and that one goes long and so the Bearcats are taking advantage of a mini run here to regain the lead.
Brooklyn has done a really nice job of serving tough and to get Shiloh out of system on their first contact which is so critical to success.
Maddie Smith and back to serve for Brooklyn's Nice tip there for Shiloh Christian.
The block has been set up nicely.
Reese Jones recognized it.
Little there, and you read the defense and played their strength against them.
Brooklyn was sitting ready for a heart of seeing, and Reese did a great job of just finding the floor.
511 outside hitter is Reese Jones for Shiloh.
Oh blessing with the attack that stuck out nicely by Paul's Grove and then jumped across for Brooklyn to see the Lady Bearcats drop it a little more often than than most teams.
And Margaery has done a good job.
She's not just a lot of time setters.
You see them talking to the donut, a lot to hands that over.
But Rodriguez there did a good job of chipping deep over the left back's head to find a different way to find the floor.
Otto saves that one on the back row and a nice attack on the far side from blessing.
But the Brooklyn defense right there.
And then the lady there, catcher in the back.
Pagano is doing an awesome job on the back line.
That was her 16th of the match.
She's kept Shiloh in a lot of these rallies and keeping them alive based on her defense platform and more than double any player for Brooklyn.
So she's been the defense on the back row seven quick set there for Shiloh.
Christian doesn't pan out.
They got another chance at it here.
Well, I'll say that one hit the pin so that one sails wide and Brooklyn takes the 1211 lead.
Well, that one was in.
Yeah.
They don't do.
Oh, flossing attacks the back row Nice diving save there by Walker I can't get it across cross we're just ten points back and forth 1212 Shiloh Christian in Brooklyn.
That's a really great swing by blessings a really of system Ball had to be really patient She didn't get the kill on it, but really put it in a nice spot to get Brooklyn out of system.
Both these teams hitting percentage not exactly something to write home about Shiloh it below 100 Brooklyn just over it.
It's nothing that's more of an indication of good defense and battle forth and that thread gets it across for Shiloh.
I don't know how they put down that even vowel.
The senior right side gets the kill.
It's what's called high brow at this point that just kind of feels like one of those games where a three or four point rolling made determinate.
Brooklyn's got to scramble to get that across.
And they do.
Shiloh, though, quickly on the back read our attack What?
No but Brooklyn in the net was up at 13.
Silas did a nice job and this in switching up their offense.
They've really been diligent about getting other hitting hitters, not just passing and getting their middles involved has helped them be a lot more successful.
Now, the big thing there from Reese Jones, she's credited with the Kills the BLOCK can't get over in front of Shiloh, regains the lead to 1413 Chris Jones third kill of the match.
She's hitting it to 86.
So she's done really well this blessing with the serve with that one sails long.
So the lead they had is now gone and we're even obviously we know service errors are going to happen.
But how frustrating as a coach is that you take the lead and obviously you get it right back to them.
It's it's very frustrating, especially when you start out and you don't have the serve.
You can only score one point at a time on the serving line.
It's free range.
So going on runs is very important.
Success in our sport.
So I can't handle the serve there.
So back to back points because of the service game for Brooklyn's Rally Walker back to serve again for the Bearcats great when they're set up for offense big swing and put down from Cassidy King as a mark couldn't get in front Ryley Walker has gone on a big serving run since.
That's what we've been talking about.
She's gone on several serving runs every time she's back there.
That was just her third serve right now of this run.
That's an ace, the first ace of the game.
And Coach Monzon was going to take a timeout and he's trying to get his team fired up and we'll take a timeout with him.
You step aside.
Brooklyn's got to lead in game number two, so for every moment, for every memory from that first car to your first home to your first child and all the highs and lows that tomorrow night, bring it to everything that matters most to you and your family.

They took the opening one.

Baseball, basketball.
Can't forget about that Softball.
All right.
Here on Arkansas PBS, an attack still to say a long so big break there for Shiloh Christian.
They took the time out and now they're back with an affair.
Shiloh has Audrey Pender back up at the net now, so hopefully they can get her going.
Yes, but I know it's serve for the Lady Saints.
Yeah, that's going to be an eight to go as a coach, you got to feel good to call a timeout.
You automatically roll off two points, right?
Makes you feel like that timeout.
Was that a very good strategic time?
It's all about coaching right right now and good serve on that back line and scrambled to game across now Shiloh had the chance to go on the offensive edge couldn't get a good hand on it could reach now and goes into the net for the lady Bearcats lead back up to a two and then Brooklyn took the opening set 2522.
This was nip and tuck, just like the first half.
That's a really good place with and for Shiloh Christian, I'm not going to go down as a kill but gets the job done.
All right.
Swing by Kings dug out the Shiloh Christian and now Brooklyn tries to go back the other way.
Then really impressed with Maddie Smith some more.
You mentioned that she's not the tallest player on the floor, but you elevate and and put some power behind it.
She's very efficient and that's her sixth kill and only one error.
She's hitting a308.
She's helped Brooklyn be successful tonight for sure.
And the verticals been on display and she's back to serve as well right now 1817 lead for the Lady Bearcats and get it out now the is going to scramble to try to keep it alive and do well in fifth just the fingertips on Rodriguez kind of a scramble girl works out for Shiloh a big point there as they climb back within a digits good defensive plays there.
Shiloh hoping to gain some momentum to close the gap and take the lead here in this match.
It's 1918, Brooklyn in front and Rodriguez tries to dump one over and that's going to get the job done, catches the Shiloh defense off guard, pushes the lead back up to 20 to 18.
Rodriguez has done a good job holding the block in the defense accountable, even though there's only two true attackers in the front row right now, she's established herself as an attacker as well, making them be wary of her.
Now they're going to say Brooklyn was in and that that's going to life a kill for an injury booker off the board would they gave in Brooklyn a three point lead instead shallow now back with a point Rodriguez did a good job jumpstarting that ball right after she got the call on the dime.
So the middle on Shiloh jump with her had no block up there.
Shiloh got got lucky there.
Get in there.
Yes, Yes.
And nice job at the net by blessing there.
And we are all square 20 apiece like a quarter to ask my Chloe blessing knowing that she did not have to take a big swing there to find the floor.
She was very aware that big timely ace there for Shiloh Christian.
That's their second ace of the match.
And Brooklyn's going to take a time out.
We'll step aside for us and for 30 seconds, Shiloh, Christian trying to even things up here in the second set.
Do you think that's the key thing, missing in the conversation about climate change and learn a lot about the African American experience?
It's your palate, it's your taste.
It's how you like to cook all the colors just going for people.
Voices will be heard today.
People really see a message, such a shared experience.
The choice is yours.
You can make the decision with Passport on the TBS video.
Shiloh Christian's got a 2120 lead here in sets.
Number two Lady Save trying to even this match at a centerpiece.
They've got a points advantage and they've got to serve as Audrey Pender.
What are we seeing from Shiloh Christian on this little mini run here?
They've been in a really good job of staying composed and having next ball mentality regardless if they made an error or not.
Or Brooklyn takes a big swing like that right there.
They've done a nice job of just moving on to the next play.
Evan pulls grow, says I'll take your three oh, run and end it real quick for the big swing.
Pels drove seven still of the night She's been a big heavy hitter for Brooklyn tonight Oh Gallo Christian kind of answer right back so we're starting to see this the big swing come at look it's the second half to get there bring in the hammer is blessing puts on down Silas in a nice job at the tail end of this setup keeping their first contact clean so their center can deliver a great ball blessing.
The first one in double digits with ten kills.
Now make it into existence.
Paul's girl coming right back.
She's got eight kills.
Go to all the ball and get a sense of the match we expected between these two.
For a heavyweight from that service, it's going to give Brooklyn a lead.
Really tough serve serving in between the seam.
There is a little communication error on Shiloh Paul's girl does it in the kill game now the service game that gives it right back to her going right to the middle of the net does not really have lost faith in certain sections of the years.
Yeah, the whole.
You can't do that now.
There's a net there.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Not getting as creative as they used to.
I'm pumped that they're here.
Yes.
Let's be creative.
I say that because I'm an old man now.
All right, get off my lawn with big, big time.
Dig there by Varnado, Bernardo Shiloh.
Take advantage of it, though.
Good.
BLOCK by Brooklyn.
Another big showing on the other side for Maddie Smith as the Lady Bearcats.
Take a 2423 lead and Shiloh Christian get a burger a timeout.
It seems like any time Brooklyn needs a big play, they try to find one.
Number ten is in Maddie Smith.
Larry Smith has been getting it done on both sides of the ball.
She's playing six rotations tonight, been a big offensive threat, but also playing left back and making some great defensive plays along with it.
So she's been a huge part of Brooklyn success.
Maddie Smith, seven Kills three digs on the defensive side of things.
She's doing it all quick.
Look at the stats.
And Brooklyn's been really balanced all evening long.
They've got five players with at least three kills.
Smith and Post Grove have a combined 15 between them, though Shiloh Christian starting to spread it out a little bit more.
But Reese Jones and Pender all have three.
That's nowhere near Blessing's ten, though, as you look at Coach Nancy Rodriguez trying to take a20 set lead here in the four eight title match and their opponents away from doing it.
Again, a running walker who seems to be serving this entire match is back behind line.
Quick set, a quick strike there for Shiloh Christian and Carolina.
Red Junior puts one down right past 11.
Now I'll say Charleston offense and be able to get their hands involved.
We're all screwed up.
It's going to take more than 20 to get this one done.
That's a great serve there.
By Bernard Oke in Brooklyn.
A rally to get to the cross way do.
Shiloh has got a chance to take advantage McCants quickly.
Brooklyn puts it down with that one's out there now so Christian's going to be seven for the six and Brooklyn going to take a timeout and they take forever to get to whoever gets the two points.
So let's take a 32nd timeout with them.
Shiloh 2524 37 for the set and they get back on the beat.
When you choose Conway Regional, you're choosing a health care partner rooted in your community with nine primary care locations in five counties.
We believe in building lasting relationships centered on trust and personalized care.
But our family care for years and set number two has been back and forth between Shiloh, Christian and Brooklyn.
But now it's the Saints who are serving for the set after they drop the opener 2522 chance to bounce back and take this one from the defending for a chance tomorrow.
Good serve again.
Rodriguez With the set and the attack they're going to be put down from Brooklyn.
A nice job by the lady Bearcats to handle the good serve from banana and now they got a whole new ballgame Charlotte both teams have taken bowl time out, so we'll find a winner here.
Eventually they'll play until somebody wins by two to the block set up there in front of Smith.
Nice job there.
And it's going to be two hits there on Brooklyn.
So Shiloh Christian defense puts them back in front.
Defense and blocking has been really fun to watch this.
They've done a really nice job setting up a great blocks.
The defense can play hard behind them.
Savvy Williams the serve now for Shiloh second set points that one might have said long but save more dug by Bonanno Shiloh Christian gets it across tip doesn't work for Brooklyn and now Shiloh has a chance to set the offense too quick set broke out by Brooklyn.
You got it Brooklyn rallies the save that and keep it alive.
Shiloh Christian still on the offensive.
Walker digs it on the back line now Brooklyn with a chance to attack that one chipped That's a adjustment there in the middle by full Folsom really good point here for both sides the other team giving way Shiloh may be out of alignment they would have to scramble by Brooklyn with a chance by far the best point of the match after this juncture.
Both teams just trying to find something.
That one finally goes out of bounds.
Shiloh person couldn't keep alive and Brooklyn ties it up at 26.
What a rally It's really fun to see both sides of that strap in and playing hard not not backing down at 2426 in the second set.
That's a big rally there on both sides.
Now, how do you how do you handle the fatigue in the moments after that?
Just really focus on the next ball, you know, doing your job, quick set, they're off the mark.
And now Brooklyn's going to be serving for the set.
The other team has a time out, so we're going to play this one out.
2726 Lady Bearcats have it.
Matty Smith back to serve and I had a quick set there in the middle Shiloh as well.
He struggles that quick said he couldn't get it down and Brooklyn rallies back to take game number two and now they've got a two nothing lead they take a 2826 Lady Bearcats go in for the sweep when we come back, as you're watching the Centennial Bank State volleyball championship presented by ever huge GMC over when you choose Conway Regional, you're choosing a health care partner rooted in your community with nine primary care locations in five counties.

Let's take a look at tonight's Arkansas PBS student, all star for class for AA.
And that's Bella Bonano from Shiloh.
Christian Junior Liberals got a 4.06 GPA and she plans to go on to Ole Miss to play volleyball.
Congratulations to Bella on being tonight's four all star students of the game.
So here we are, Shiloh Christian, down two sets to none.
How do you get back into this?
Obviously, Paul at the time said at the time, But your coach, Nathan Goldstein, what are you telling your squad to focus on your first contact?
First contact on the serving line.
Staying tough, an end to focus on getting Brooklyn out of system.
First contact on the service line so they can get more hitters involved.
Not just throw it out to the pin, but get their middles involved and start focusing on having a really balance off.
And the offense really hasn't been there for either side.
Shiloh Christian hit an old 94 Brooklyn, hitting just 103.
What do you think is a good now?
What's a good number for your team?
What's a goal for a man match goal is to 60 to 60.
So these are well below to 60.
So I don't they don't cut it for Harbor right now.
They're in the four AA title game.
And not to worry about you as a hard coach.
Well, I think he's tough for us as well.
Just a goal to set the bar high.
That's right Nice job diving save I Bonanno and Shiloh Christian gets it across set number three and that one's going to be out wide of the pin and the Lady Saints have an early lead so really both opening sets one and two Shiloh Christians right there until the end.
But much like we saw with Baptist Prep over Hack in the three eight championship, that timely run for Brooklyn, those were the difference.
That's right.
Charlotte jumped out to a fast start.
They need to focus on their consistency throughout the set and not worrying about being worried about finishing the set, just taking it point by point and staying calm.
RODRIGUEZ Chloe's just a junior setter on the coaching staff, a big swing there.
And Adi Val credited with the kill throw first kill the Mavs for Brooklyn compared to this 24 for Shiloh and that's 86 kill of the match its third most on the team.
I like the balance for Brooklyn so you're talking 87654.
That's not just numbers in a row that's the number of kills for their team and a really nice job of staying throughout the match, making it really hard to defend.
So Brooklyn's got a21 lead.
But Anthony even things up there is blessing.
It's her 11th kill of the match it's a great swing fast tempo offense that got the court the defense being on the other side.
It is going to be the antigen that says Chloe Blessing's going to be a problem for a couple more years in northwest Arkansas, just a sophomore, the Buffalo nice job to stay with it.
Defensively, a heads up play by Creighton keeps it alive for Shilo, but the blocks right there for Brooklyn.
A quick set goes wide has Basham can't get it down he does a great job blocking there Shilo is there ready to cover and scraps keep it all that was great work by them felt like a big pull one As long as that rally was safe, Shiloh Christian could take advantage of it.
We can watch as some of that push attempt goes right into the block and falls down for Poles Grove Gilbert All counts the same.
We'll talk about that a lot and as a kill from the start.
But it doesn't matter what it looks like as long as it's hitting the floor.
Junior Jonah Well, not going to get across error there for Brooklyn.
I'm Going to give Shiloh the lead once again for three early here in the third.
So I look back on the starting line.
He scored a lot of points for them tonight because Davis nice diving effort from bananas She's all over the place.
Oh.
Oh, no.
I think we've got to sail on a banana.
You've got to be impressed with the way she plays the game.
She not afraid to lay out, put the body on the floor.
She's not.
Her movement is so fluid and she reads so well defensively that it makes it really difficult for her attackers.
Football is down on her.
She stays.
She works hard.
That's hard to figure out.
She's going to play at the next level.
In the SCC committed to play at Ole Miss and the block comes up big there that's Cassidy King and shallow pressure no can't take advantage of that was close to the back line it ruled out three in the line that's foul by Shiloh Christian to find some orange court on occupied tie this match up at five apiece go play by Pinder just finding the floor and forcing the ball into the corners just put in where the defense not when you see a match that's this closely contested both teams are are struggling to put the ball down.
And as I say that Maddie Smith thrills one it come on.
But when you're hitting percentage both of them run at 100 or below.
I mean what do you tell your team to try to get out of that, that offensive funk, if you will?
You got to keep swinging.
Just really focus on our Saturdays delivering good balls our first contact being years at the center can deliver a good ball and just keep on moving on to the next ball You can't give up can't stop swinging.
We've got to keep trying to stay alive.
That one sails long.
So this is not a great question after that display.
But do you think it's a mixture of offensive miscues, just really good defense?
I think it's a combination of both.
I mean, both sides of the net are playing such good defense tonight, scrap and keeping balls alive and also just the connections with their starters to going to really focus in on getting those going shallow first two back to back hitting errors that one sails long eight lady Bearcats here in the third and in this let me be Hammons back to serve the senior quick set there for broke of that one doesn't get across to that though so Shiloh Christian ends that run and nice three straight from Brooklyn's goodness save the edge nice smash sends that one right so back to back points down for shallow first and the team is just not trading barbs Oh oh, you think that's what this feels like, One of those matches.
Go ahead.
And fast forward to 1919 and play it from there.
Yeah, kind of really feels like what we're going to get to.
And Rodriguez tries.
It doesn't work, except for Shiloh now.
Blessing or attack tacos long trading, playing for a point.
Right now, hitters need to focus on getting their feet around the ball and keeping those servers back there so they can go on a little bit of run to try to separate.
Yeah, Blocks have been there for Brooklyn.
Do you think maybe Shiloh, Christian trying a little too much to go over the backboard feels long.
Does that creep into your mind like okay the blocks have been there so much consistently, they're affecting my shots.
I got to try to do something different.
Definitely, especially as a match.
Come on, I'm having trouble finding the floor.
Then I think it definitely can get into a hitter's head.
On how do they work around that block and figure out what can be so shallow?
Christian has a handful of errors, come back to bite them, and Brooklyn responds with a handful of errors on their own.
Oh, try to get it nine.
That's going to come down to who can play the most consistent where i1a game seven so three consecutive hitting errors I just want to touch on that one scuse me a little ahead of myself, so I'll make a point for Brooklyn's No big move.
Let's go.
So Walker back to serve now and the red jersey black number seven and tap there.
Get down with that one does go by blessing.
Oh, help from the net.
And what we got a replay close and that's never say a ball rolled on the floor so we're going to replay the point ball rule or think Bella bananas argument is there might have been a ball on the floor but she didn't believe that it affected the play that's in the eyes now it can't be handle that one sent over the scorer's table now Brooklyn takes advantage of it as a point that would have gone to Charlotte was replay now goes over to Brooklyn I suffer from as a team is out there to rebound from its serve just simply because the momentum shifts and by ball are so important and you think you caught a break and might have got done wrong on a call.
Sometimes that's set to come back from with that blessing with the cut and goes over the block.
Nice job to recognize it.
All angles were cut off and picks it over the defense.
Great little teardrop tip there.
She's been swinging away.
So the defense was sitting back ready for that and switching it up helped her find some success with 13 kills.
Now for Khloe Blessing Jump Jeff Brooklyn leads it in the category that matters.
That's 2000 and sets 1110 here in game number and Shiloh Christian quickly ties it up is Carolina red put the one down great serve again by Craig James that additional assist Hailey Creighton again back to serve a57 setter I was going to say alone but they're going to get another cut at the nets and the kill goes to Paul's Grove.
He leads Brooklyn with 11 now calls.
Grove, who had a great night, 11 kills on eight digs, getting it done on both sides of the ball.
She's been fun to watch the nice girl Eric gorgeous.
Did Rodriguez serve handle on the back row for Shiloh?
Yeah, very nice.
Yeah.
Big save and another kill for Paul's girls making an even dozen for Brooklyn's number 20.
And she's kind of starting to take over this match offensively for the lady Bearcats she is or even sustained really calm delivering the set her good balls to keep her in system, to let bowls girl go to work.
It's Nip Tuck there from blessing and that may be one of the cheaper kills she gets.
But as you already don't matter.
That's right That's a complete spike in the box score.
Yes, exactly.
Tyler did a good job there, pulling blessings from the pen to the center of the court to give her a different look on attacking.
Oh, great placement from the back row attack there from Brooklyn and Shiloh Christian.
That's the one You can't slip away.
Has a system back on attack.
That's one you want to keep in system and run with it.
But keeping that corner a great play by Brooklyn but it's 1412 Bearcats out in front.
Binotto tries to dig that one out, but another big kill from Bulls Grove make it baker's dozen 13 Their Paul's Grove really starting to get into it now.
Even that was Matty Smith.
Smith Yeah, Yeah.
Those two really some big swings.
Shilo is going to take a time out there trailing by four.
We'll step aside with them.
Brooklyn looking to close out the sweep.
You're watching the a state championship on Arkansas PBS fourth Sports.
This is so important to this state and the fabric of the state.
And I appreciate Arkansas PBS doing all the state title games and that makes it available for not just the fans in central Arkansas, south Arkansas, but fans around the entire state.
I can only think of the kids in small towns and this is the biggest moment maybe in their sports careers.
And they have that keepsake of having that game on TV to have with them the rest of their lives.
There's a good look at Chi Caddie.
Thanks for that great work that he's doing today.
This morning, live action photos from the game.
Go my AARP website.
Org's photos and grab some free downloads have made.
These are a great championship keepsake.
We're going to look at some of the work he's doing this hop on the triple social media.
Those are all his pictures that have been sent out today.
Tip of the cap I was wearing.
One guy, Caddy is also a former UK bear, so he gets that going for him as well.
However, I got the plug my album Honor Much today.
It says Shallow Kristen got to get back into this one trailing 16 to 12 and I was got a football to believe.
So that one's going to start the potential of a shallow run.
Two right down put down by Brooklyn's Addie Val she adds her kill total.
She's got seven now in the match.
Brooklyn's balanced offense is really helping them be successful and spread the gap here in the third set block to the net, Shiloh Christian going to reset the offense and block coming up big for Shiloh Christian Backrow attack from blessing.
Oh, great.
Quick set there.
Dug out in the back row again by blessing Shiloh.
Now on the offensive little blocks there.
These two teams just duking it out for this point out off again there for Shiloh Horn reset and try it again but not all this lays out keeps the point alive.
And eventually it had to come to an end and Andy Valley gets another kill.
And that was a critical rally there for the lady Bearcats.
What a rally on both sides of the defense.
Scrap and bodies laying out Valley did a good job of putting it away, peeing in the corner to terminate the rally.
That's a big swing there.
You kind of thought of a quick point as needed for Shiloh Christian, and they certainly get on Masada defender who hadn't called her name a ton today but she does get the kill Great pass a great set really good swing.
Bender's fifth kill the match.
She's got a negative hitting percentage.
That's what you expect from a player of her caliber.
8 to 14.
Brooklyn's got the lead here in the third set.
That one's going to go long.
It's a shallow nose.
Now's the time.
They've got to put a run together.
They really need Williams here to stay tough.
And then on the serving lines, they can get some easier balls back throughout Brooklyn's balanced offense Good block there about on defense going to be a lift goal against the Brooklyn front line and that's exactly what you're talking about need savvy Williams to say on that service as long as she can play struggles to handle that serve now Shiloh a chance to add to their mini run now to this time that I want to touch on now when he those long for tender kind of seems off a little bit now we saw a run slide right there.
We haven't seen her run that offense very often It just seemed out of system maybe forcing a little bit on Brooklyn leads at 1916 they're on serve as Libby Hammonds he's a try to slide again that will look much better still dug out by Paul's role and Jeremy save by way of this old Brooklyn now just five points away from going back to back And Shiloh Christian is going to take a time out so we'll step aside from Saints got to put together a run the final comeback with the conclusion of set number three.
You're out after this.
Do you think that's the key thing missing in the conversation about climate change and learn a lot about the African-American experience?
It's your palate.
It's your taste.
It's how you like to cook all the colors just going for people.
Voices will be heard today.
If people really see a message such a shared experience, the choice is yours.
You make the decision with.
Fast forward on the PBS video.
Here is a look at that last point.
As Brooklyn says, open up a 20 to 16 lead.
There it is five points away from winning another for a state championship.
The lady Bearkats head coach Nancy Rodriguez and I mentioned the assistant state, but Nate Cline and Katie Dillon over on the bench for Brooklyn Shallow Christine's got a host of them, Angie Baker, Denise Bonano, Maddie Thompson, Jill Younger and Haley Roberts.
Let's go, guys.
All the coaches.
Blanchard, Bowden signing Rodriguez, the head coaches, they get all the attention, but the rest of that staff put in work as well for games they run the Falcons big serve there and quickly return from Shiloh Christian that the lady Bearcats had a chance to take advantage though it couldn't do so well Shiloh coming right back three quick set there the pin juggled by Walker Nice job on the back line.
Oh, wow.
And sails wide to the attack from Maddie Smith.
Doesn't connect Gallo Christian priest back in with three 2017 defense really kept them alive in that role rally Bella Bernardo 31 excuse me 32.
Total digs in the match.
We weren't going to keep her down long.
Manny Smith hit one wide on the last one.
They come right back to her and she puts it down on Brooklyn 2117 four points away from the Lady Bearcats.
Holly Smith has had an incredible night, 12 kills hitting around a 206 digs in.
Went into the net though, and can't get the job done for Shiloh, Christian and now Brooklyn just three points away.
A little miscommunication.
Many bodies in one area couldn't get a good swing on it.
Nice night.
We had Allen drilled home Those are Shiloh Christian not going away.
And coming up another one for a blessing, closing think his approach was so explosive and obviously was so fast.
That was a really impressive scene.
2218 shallows got a mountain to climb right now under for the back row.
A quick set for Brooklyn the put down Cassidy King Jr inches and the lady Bearcats ever closer.
It's a great end system dig so Brooklyn could get their middles involved in transition That's a tough play to defend let's go last thing of the touch Nice job to come up and dig that out from Hammond's that shallow.
We're going to stay alive only 319.
All right down on the board is Creighton serve a big swing there from Paul's Grove And now the lady cats are on the brink.
2419.
They are pulling away from going back to back.
Falls Grove has had a big night.
She has a double double, 13 kills and 13 digs.
She's been a key impact player for Brooklyn.
These lady Bearcats have just been a thorn in the side for Shiloh the last couple of years.
Blessing their attack set the other way that went into the national Democrats have done it.
They go back to back and Brooklyn wins set three 2519 and a state championship is going to stay in northeast Arkansas.
We'll step aside.
Trophy presentation coming up in just a few minutes as the Brooklyn lady Bearcats have won the 40 state title.
And you're welcome to do it on Arkansas.

But our family care for yours is being be the shallow Christian receiving the state runner up trophy here for the second consecutive year.
It's not the hardware they came for, but a hard fought match here in the fourth state championship.
And Kasey, it really felt like Shiloh Christian was on the brink of breaking through, especially in that second set when they they saw Brooklyn go on to win that one.
It was a 2826.
That's really when all the momentum went out of their sales.
Yeah Charlotte and nice job all night battling and playing tough defense, but nothing destroyed It didn't fall their way.
Broken play consistent throughout the entire match.
So Brooklyn for the second straight year is taking the state championship back home to Northeast.
You take a look at the stats for today's match and they're really pretty even the hitting numbers weren't overly impressive on one side, as we take a look at the stat, today's match, just a 55 0.055 hitting percentage for Shiloh Christian, You see the number of attacks on the digs there and that's where that hitting percentage comes from.
A shallow offense never really seemed to figure out that block Brooklyn it could and in Brooklyn, you see has 45 kills.
They did a good job.
Their percentage wasn't as high, but they did terminate more balls than Shiloh, which really gave them the advantage and their their balanced offense, having having five attackers with five or more kills.
And Chloe Rodriguez ran a beautiful offense.
She had five kills herself as a51 setter.
There's a good look at Riley Walker, the MVP in this matchup.
Take a look into the highlights from this one.
And again, it's not going to show in these highlights.
But like the defense really was the biggest thing to me.
It really was impressive to see if Brooklyn supported Shiloh Christian early out of their game.
So Shiloh Christian didn't get it done for the second straight year.
But Brooklyn does what you see from this Brooklyn squad today.
I saw their consistency.
They really had an excellent mentality.
Their defense was scrapping.
I thought Riley Walker did a wonderful job as they're liberal, keeping balls alive and helping them hanging in long rallies.
And then Rodriguez just delivering a beautiful, balanced offense.
Both of their pens played great, and I thought their offense was very successful because Riley Walker's first contact.
So Brooklyn wins it again.
But we're almost done here today.
Four championships down, one more to go as the five state championship is coming up next.
Greenwood and Benton are going to square off coming up a little after 7:00.
So stick around.
No going anywhere for Casey Low.
And I'm Bobby Swafford.
