Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorship- We are in the middle, Kelly, of a huge cultural transformation, and it goes back to the first industrial revolution when we started revering machines.
And the goal with machines, and after machine, software, is to minimize downtime, but the human operating system is different.
For the human operating system, downtime is a feature, not a bug, and the data is absolutely clear.
If we can convince people that they're going to be more productive, even if you start there, obviously, they're going to be healthier and happier, but they're also going to be more productive, because productivity is also about creativity and innovation.
These are the characteristics that first disappear when you're depleted and exhausted.
You may still be able to do transactional things, but you're not going to be your best creative, most productive self.
