Governor Jan Brewer asked for an investigation of alleged wrongdoing within the Arizona National Guard after a report by the Arizona Republic. The guard’s top officer has unveiled about a dozen reforms in response. The Arizona Corporation Commission may be looking at the issue of deregulation for electric utilities again. The commission is taking steps to set up public hearings about the issue.
