Arizona congressman Raul Grijalva says he will skip Donald Trump’s inauguration, instead choosing to spend the day working with constituents. Michelle Doherty, a first-grade teacher at Encanto Elementary School in Phoenix, is 2017 Arizona Teacher of the Year. Doherty will discuss her award along with Bobbie O’Boyle, Arizona Educationa Foundation executive director.
