Grand Canyon Haze & Haze Response & APS Power Charges
Salt River Project and other partners who operate the Navajo Generating Station say they plan to close one of three generators to address a demand from the EPA concerning haze at the Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon Chapter of the Sierra Club says it is encouraged by plans to reduce haze over the Grand Canyon. APS released a plan recently to charge residential customers with solar panels even more.
