Net Zero Energy Building & Green National Guard & Housing Bubble
DPR Construction has built a net-zero energy consumption building for its Phoenix Regional Office--the second and largest in the U.S. The National Guard’s former Sustainability program manager and will discuss the Guard’s effort to go green. Housing prices in Maricopa and Pinal Counties are up 30 percent from last year, but a local housing expert doesn't see a housing bubble on the horizon.
