Department of Economic Security Director Clarence Carter revealed last week that over 6,000 cases of child abuse have not been investigated over the past four years. Every year, the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University hands out Spirit of Enterprise Awards to local businesses to honor them for ethics, energy and excellence in entrepreneurship.
