LEARNS Act Update / Drawing Professionals to Arkansas

The Arkansas Supreme Court has agreed to expedite the appeal of a ruling that would keep the LEARNS Act from being implemented immediately. Giving an update is Antoinette Grajeda, Senior Reporter for the Arkansas Advocate. Then, a campaign is underway offering people 10K if they move to AR and are hired for certain jobs. Jay Chesshir, Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, provides the details.
