The Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee advanced the so-called "dark money" bill.

Last week, the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee advanced the so-called "dark money" bill that would require super PACs to disclose the names of donors. Regardless of the dramatic impetus to the legislation, NJ Election Law Enforcement Commission says it will improve transparency and accountability in election spending.
