Assemblyman Holley introduced amendments to garner support for marijuana legalization.

Assemblyman Jamel Holley has put forth a series of amendments to garner support to advance a bill to legalize marijuana statewide. One of the key Democrats leading the charge against legalization, Sen. Ron Rice, who is chair of the Legislative Black Caucus, is still not convinced.
