Joint committee hears testimony about school segregation

The committee held its first of two hearings on school segregation.

The Joint Committee on the Public Schools held its first of two hearings on school segregation. There was eye-opening testimony given regarding segregation in New Jersey's schools where the state ranks as the sixth most segregated for blacks students in the nation.
