A judge says Bevin failed to meet the deadline to turn over financial documents.
A judge has ordered the arrest of former Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin. Friday at noon was the deadline for Bevin to file financial documents related to his son's child support case. The Courier-Journal reports Bevin filed some, but not all, of those documents while asking for an extension for the rest. The judge denied his request. Bevin faces 60 days in jail.
