Milwaukee Art Museum dedicated a gallery to light based media featuring the work of photographer Larry Sultan. Marino Auriti was an auto body mechanic who spent three years creating a seven foot high architectural model called “The Encylopedic Palace.” New Mexico ceramicist Jami Porter Lara sees her work as reverse archaeology. Julie Wiegand lives and paints in Missouri River country.
